RUN don't walk away from this place. I am a national quilt teacher and contacted this company so I could "attempt" to create a business relationship with them as I use(d) and (previously) recommended their vellum paper for my students. I wanted to purchase wholesale (as I do with all my other products I sell in my kits and class) and was directed to "Cooper" in customer service. Had very poor service from him - did not follow through, did not respond to emails and had no clue about wholesale practices. He asked for my tax number, which I sent, and had to wait a few weeks for him to "process". Well, their "bulk pricing" not wholesale was pretty much the same I could get ordering when they had a sale. I did a couple orders and received the wrong weight paper (a case of it - loose) even though I thought I was ordering a case of pre-packaged paper. It took a MONTH and I had to send the right paper sample and wrong paper sample to them TWICE. I attempted to reach out to Adam, who is supposedly the new CEO and has said on here a couple times that he wanted to hear - but when I called, I was told I had to email him as they could not forward my call (what kind of office is that?) - which I did. He emailed me back that he was too busy to speak to me. So here's someone interested in discussing a business relationship for product promotion in classrooms and also in an upcoming book (I wasn't looking for free product). I have spoken several times to Elizabeth, who I'm sure is doing her job. I had an order pending (placed on Memorial Day weekend which I made clear in several emails) that I needed to receive by the end of June so I could prepare the class kits and get those shipped out to the venue. Cooper told me that they were "out of stock" when I contacted him, but the customer service lady told me that they had 400 in stock. OK, miscommunication?? I let Elizabeth know of this and she said that perhaps the product arrived and was not updated in the system. She indicated she would hold packages that I was ordering on the side pending her receipt of the second paper samples I was sending. Well, she ADMITTED that what I received was NOT what I ordered. I asked her to please send what I ordered - now all of a sudden the product is wrong in the warehouse and the manufacturer is not making it any longer. I have copied Adam on emails back and forth - hear nothing. So now I'm stuck trying to find a new supplier for a product I'll have to order and try to get on 2 weeks notice to prepare my kits to ship out. Plus I'm stuck with about half a case of the wrong weight paper, that I paid for. I think it may be time for a Consumer Affairs complaint at the very least. read more

I placed an order for a couple of items, and the 'free shipping' they advertised was not in fact, free. so I was already annoyed. But then I saw my credit card statement and learned that the prices were in US Dollars, thus almost twice as much. this was not stated anywhere on the website or during checkout. I immediately reached out to the company to cancel my order, since I had not yet received notice of shipping. They replied that it has been marked to ship and 'could not cancel'. They then refused to answer anymore communication. I didn't receive shipping notice for another few days. I'm extremely angry about the lack of transparency and the poor customer service. And of course they do not accept returns from out of the US. Add another $200 for tariffs and what should have been $300 turned into $700! A total scam. read more

You have got to be kidding - they are actually ASKING me for a review on this order? Where do I start? We ordered 1000 A7 gold foil envelopes on November 15, 2025. These were for a holiday marketing campaign for my business. The envelopes arrive on November 22, 2025 and they are A2! Waaay smaller! Completely inappropriate for my needs. I immediately reached out to "Patrick" at Envelopes.com. Patrick does absolutely nothing to try to rectify the matter by maybe sending along the correct envelopes. Patrick instead has the nerve to ask me to TAKE A PHOTO OF THE ENVELOPES THAT THEY SENT AND SEND IT TO HIM! Since it was obvious that Patrick was not in a "customer service" mood, I went ahead and requested a full refund and had to expedite an order from Amazon to keep from blowing my entire marketing campaign. Fortunately, Amazon actually sent the correct envelopes in a timely fashion, although at a slightly higher price, and the campaign was salvaged. I had to lug the A2 envelopes, which I never ordered, BACK TO UPS AND SHIP THEM BACK TO ENVELOPES.COM But here is the "hum-dinger" - today is December 27, 2025, and Envelopes.com STILL has not refunded me for the wrong envelopes that they sent! For pity's sake, do NOT use this terrible company! I am not sure what kind of Minions are in charge, but there are SO MANY OTHER COMPANIES out there who ACTUALLY VALUE your business. In an update from my previous review, JAM has since reached out and I got a personal call from their department head, Steve, who was sincere and apologetic about my experience with their customer service team previously. They were able to fix the issue and fulfilled a full offer. They also promised to fix the issues and disconnects with their support team and their customer service line for the stickers division. On their end a quick fix to an issue that did not need to escalate to myself writing a bad review in order to get a response from someone who could actually fix the issue instead of say no and tell me there isn't anything to do. I had multiple issues with orders: prints messed up, items randomly out of stock after the item was promised and past due. In a dispute right now with the team there, since the items won't be fulfilled in time (again) despite promises. I hate to write such negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others, as this is not an isolated incident. I will say, the materials (paper and envelopes) have a good variety of choices, which is why I chose to work with them twice--but the aggravation is not at all worth it. The price is not bad, so that's another reason I chose them. If you want a specialty item, have no due date, and don't mind some back and forths when your items come back crooked, or shrunken or otherwise messed up, then they might be an option. Jampaper had the colored 9x12 envelopes I needed for a business project. We had some issues at first with first, and only partial delivery (most due to shipper) but also missing most of order. Communication is horrible, as it's a call center with back ground noise so loud, I couldn't even hear myself talking to rep and found my self yelling in frustration! I ended up canceling order all together since they could tell me where rest of order was or what I should even due with the damaged (Again shipper issue) goods I did reveive. I received my full refund for whole order. I left on another business only to return to find another box of envelopes had been delivered.‍ So now, I need to contact them about re-paying for them, lol! Was informed it was typically a 5 business day turnaround. At day 8 I began to inquire. Was told someone would get back to me. They wanted to confirm my email address and send me a reply follow-up with a delivery date. They replied 15 hours later and told me my order would ship on October 25th. I've been on hold for 25 minutes with the rep coming back telling me that a supervisor and a supervisors supervisor are not available. Nobody is available. I have never been to the B&M store, but I called and talked to a nice lady on the phone, then I ordered from them online. Let me tell you, for map paper, this is the only place to go. I got a ream of 250 sheets of map paper, and 100 mailing envelopes (in a very strange size, No. 4 1/2 booklet, which is 7.5" x 5.5"), shipped to me in DC. I placed the order at 2pm on a Wednesday and received the package via UPS Ground the next morning. I didn't even say "rush". I'm docking a star because all the map paper I got was either topographical (very cool with the maroon lines), or of Wyoming. Really? Wyoming? But they have a 14 day return policy from date of PURCHASE with a 20% restocking fee! I am on the west coast and it took 7 days before I even got the folders. They initially waved the 14 day return policy for me, but then rejected delivery of my box when I sent it out. Then told me that I could try sending it back again, but would not cover the shipping cost. Now I am stuck with folders I don't want because I don't want to spend an additional $50 to get a $50 credit and no folders. Would not order again from them. Frustrated by the lack of communication between their departments. I have to say Ann Marie was quick to respond and was kind in trying to help. I ordered Baby Pink Envelops and Cardstock for custom made invitations. I was printing on the cardstock and the ink was smearing right off and the print was grainy because the cardstock was not smooth. I changed my ink cartridge and cleaned my printer and I had the same problem with this cardstock. I printed on paper and cardstock from Wal-Mart after I printed on Jam Paper cardstock and I had NO issues. I called Customer Service to report problem and see if they could make this right. Apparently the man in customer service is an arrogant know-it-all. He basically told me, the customer, that I am wrong and there is nothing wrong with his product. meanwhile I have printed proof. I asked him to make it right and he basically told me that he knows way more than me and has more experience with his product than I do. So customer service did NOTHING to help me out with their faulty product and was demeaning to me. My money is good elsewhere. Wal-Mart has way better cardstock anyway! Do NOT shop there. read more

I've heard they have great envelopes and paper supplies at great prices, and ordering online was a breeze, initially. Today I tried to order envelopes for a wedding invitation. A few hours later I received an email that my order had been cancelled because the shipping was "too High". No other explanation was given. I was hoping for 2nd day shipping - I called earlier in the morning and they said 2nd day shipping would be no problem. I attempted to clarify with customer service what "too High" meant and they told me I had to arrange my own shipping through FedEx or UPS. I asked them how much that would cost. The response I received was "No Idea". So after two hours of scrambling to straighten things out I cancelled the order because of the hassle that goes into arranging your own shipping from a store you've never been to. Customer Service wouldn't even tell me how my order would ship (e.g. a box, a big envelope, stacked on a pallet of bricks!!) so I couldn't estimate shipping on my own. All I ever wanted was 200 ivory envelopes! I'm sure you'll have better luck with one of their retail locations. Beware of expedited shipping online however. Guess I'm SOL. Thanks Jam! read more

Well, I was a customer of JAM. They even asked me for my opinon on a recent purchase which they didn't want to hear as they moderated saying they wouldn't publish what I said....no, it wasn't beligerant or cursive in any way. It was the fact that I said their linen folders were a huge disappointment and I wouldn't order them again. And that is would be my last order - ever. Why? As a graphics person of 30 years+ experience, these are NOT made out of linen paper, they are basically matte with no linen finish -- yet I PAID for linen. They have cheapened their product and they don't want to hear that on their customer reviews which I notice seem to be few and far between like Feb 2020 on their general review site. I purchased defective labels from JAM. I reached out to customer service and sent them a picture of the defective label - they said that there was no problem with the labels. So if you buy labels from them expect defects because defects are normal to them - see attached - defective?, does this look nice? professional? - I paid shipping costs to receive the order and they will not refund me the shipping costs I paid, they will not pay the shipping costs for me to return them - not to mention the time I have to spend to go to the post office to return this. The only thing they'll do is to waive the 20% restocking fee - who charges a restocking fees?? - staples does not, amazon does not. Be sure to read the fine print when you buy from them. Had I known about this restocking fee I would not have made a purchase with them to begin with. Extremely unhappy - i'll be leaving reviews here and there and everywhere. I'm going to end up spending $50 in defective labels and the only I get for that aggravation. Outrageous. Leaving this note here so others know what to expect too. read more

I will never do business with JAM Paper again. I ordered a set of air mail envelopes with an accompanying onion paper letter pad. The letter pad was the right size I ordered, 6" wide, but the envelopes were 9" wide. They should have sent the 6" wide air mail envelopes to go with the pad, but they insist that what I received was a set! Ridiculous. I tried to review on their website but they only accept positive reviews there. So here I am. I ordered 4 packs of perforated paper to print placecards on (12 cards in a pack). The total for the order was $75.00. They sent me the wrong cards and now I'm having issues getting a refund. To top it off they charged $14.00 to ship 8 pieces of 8 1/2 by 11 paper. It cost me $3.00 to return it to them. Both sent via us mail even though they said they used UPS. I called on Friday and nobody could help me. Didn't see my return blah blah blah. I found out I could get custom printed placecards for a third of the cost. Their lack of customer service concerns me so I would not recommend using them at all read more
