I had a bad experience today with Office Depot, I called customer service (SHANTEL). I inquired about a package that was suppost to be delivered today. She ends up keeping me on hold for (1 hour!) when I was trying to get a supervisor. Giving me excuses saying its a 3rd party vendor. Which if OFFICE DEPOT is using this 3rd party vendor its not my concern as a customer. The package is ending up going to a different state, random address. If I didn't reach out to VEYER they were going to send my package to a random address. VEYER chat then stated I am correct it was going to a wrong address by mistake from the shipper. When speaking to VEYER, they said they going to provide a refund for my order and reship it to my correct address. then a few minutes later they said they gave me a "credit" which is different than a "refund" so thats the other issue. He didn't know the difference between the wording (refund vs credit), so i agreed with the credit and proceed with getting my package to my correct address, then I had to waste another hour on the chat getting this sorted. Still hasn't been resolved while writing this post. I wouldn't order anything from OFFICE DEPOT, again or any service that uses VEYER. they are unprofessional and the customer service representative should be held accountable, they want to waste customers time and they are clueless at doing there jobs. -----(round 2), I call today to ask for a supervisor because yesterday they didnt resolve anything on the phone... my package as of now is going to a different address thats not mine. they didnt do anything to cancel that order or provide me a refund now my package is going to another place. Please dont order anything from OFFICE DEPOT. they give you a excuse saying its a 3rd party vendor etc.. but I didnt order from your vendor I ordered from officedepot.com who is responsible not me... you guys are. --(round 3) I just got a call from a Paula Giraldo Executive Customer Relations | Office Depot, as what I assumed they weren't going to do anything.. She said she will provide a refund in 3-7 days, I will not get my package rerouted or anything just a refund a stupid giftcard for my troubles.. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM OFFICE DEPOT. read more

The best customer service. What ever you need these Guys can get it for you. They have an associate there who is as smart as IBM's Watson Super Computer and he treats like your royalty, and yes he is human, looks you in the eye and can even make you laugh. Think his name is Pete. You can even call him after hours and he can make house calls. read more

This place is dirty, outdated, staff scattered throughout the store....not helpful. However Office Depot is one of those places you have to go to and know what you need before you get there. The cashier was really friendly, so one extra star for that. I do think corporate needs to clean this place up a little. read more

Great customer service - can't remember the guys name that helped me but he was really nice-had ordered a new laptop for pickup and left my card at home - he did his best to help me out and didnt just tell me to go home and get it like most salesmen.. I wish I could give this 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I order something for pickup online and was told it would be ready in an hour. I drove over an hour back from school, to pick up my order, only to find out upon getting there that they didn't have it in stock. Not only did I waste my time, but my gas (and thus money). I now have to pay $10 for shipping and cannot get the products in time for my classes. It clearly said in stock until I had purchased the product. They made no effort to even check if it was out of stock. Never again will I EVER be returning to this location, and possibly office depot overall. read more

I recently went to Office Depot, where I was actually helped by the manager Fritz, what a nice guy, went out of his way to get me everything I needed, was very patient with me changing my mind back and forth for things, I really hope his supervisor reads this, I got A+ service, and will definitely make it my go to store for office supplies going forward. read more
