I had a printer that would not update software and drivers. This leaving me at 3PM with no printer for a meeting the next day. After emailing explaining my issue, I was told that the tech could remote in to fix my problem today. In about 30 min the problem with corrected with the tech coming back to correct a color issue, no problem. Very good service and will use again for my printing and copier needs. I have being doing business with then for over 12 years. I just changed jobs and reached out for a new copier, the service is fantastic everything was done in one week. They took care of return for the old machine and the new one was already all programed when the installation was made. on those 12 years service calls was done quickly basically same day services. We have had nothing but bad experiences with Eagle Business Machines. They actively lie to get you into a contract and then are uninterested in solving problems you encounter. They are wildly misogynistic. They do not care that you are not happy with their service or their machines. They actively tell you the wrong thing to trick you into another lease with them. They will blame you for anything going wrong with a machine or a contract. We have finally finished out a five year lease with EBM and we are absolutely thrilled to be rid of them. read more

This is the worst company ever! Please do not even consider leasing a business machine from them! We leased a copier to print our brochure - we were VERY specific about our needs. The copier they leased us could not even begin to do the job...it broke down every day for weeks until we gave up. Their own service guy said it would never be able to do the job! When I begged them to take back the machine they refused and even told me to "lawyer up girlie". STAY AWAY from this company, please! read more

Don't trust these people. We brought them in to service our copier and they told us that the machine was beyond repair and parts were not available. The tech then was so nice to offer us a great deal on a lease for only $125.00 a month. After showing him the door, I promptly went online, found several resources which carrier OEM refurbishment kits and ordered one. I replaced the parts myself in about an hour and now the unit is like new. STAY AWAY! read more

Deeply regretting getting our copier through them. Horrible service, rude even, and they can't even be bothered to return phone calls.
