Stamford Office Furniture is one of the worst companies! I contacted them right away and asked them to fix what they broke and they refused to. I gave them many chances to correct the situation and they would not even talk about it. It took more than a month for them to order the original part and when it came in, it was the wrong part and they damaged my chair. Their customer service, including the owner of the company and others was horrendous. They would not fix the damage they created and would not give me a refund. They refused to even take a look at the chair to see the damage. Run the other way and don't even think of using Stamford Office Furniture.
