We love Susie at Write On! After getting engaged last year, we knew we wanted a traditional, yet modern invitation that expressed our summer/beach theme. We got our menus, wedding invitations, and place cards from Write On! and we were overall very pleased. Their work is really beautiful and you can pretty much make whatever you want. I was obsessively organized in ordering our invitations in a specific way and after confirming, one of the ladies at the store (that wasn't my favorite personality to work with to begin with) ordered them and they came in incorrectly. We were on a time crunch, so we sent them out as is because the mistakes made in the order were only things we knew about and the invitations themselves looked perfect. The owner of the shop, Jackie, apologized profusely and tried to make it right with us and we felt ok about the mistake. We also didn't have to work with the other person anymore. Our menus came out perfectly and so did our place cards. Their printed calligraphy is beautiful and 1000x better than anything we could have done on our own with our budget. They also offer printing of place cards essentially within 24 hours in case you have any last minute changes to your table arrangements, which is a tremendous help. I went to Write On! for my wedding invitations, and am very, very happy with their work. They figured out what we wanted in terms of style, and then guided us to the printers that would fit us best, making the process much less painful than I expected it to be. They were prompt, responsive, and when the invitations that came back from the printer didn't meet Write On!'s standards, they had the printer re-do them (multiple times!) rather than give us slightly imperfect invitations.
