I of course only hoped they would look as beautiful as on their website photos but what arrived was completely satisfactory. Can I say this started off as a nightmare and ended as a fairytale brought to real life. There customer service was amazing from start to end with a little hurdle in the middle. First to start off I called to enquire about orchids for my CEO's mother. The man on the phone told me he'd call back because the orchid delivery guy would be in shortly and I could personally pick the orchids. UMMM yes wowwww #1! He calls back and we pick the most beautiful orchids (described via telephone). He took down all the info and card information yay #2. Next day delivery for $15 is unheard of. Next Day... dun dun dun.. I call and tell them I never received a receipt or a photo. Come to find out my email was wrong :( and his wife's name was spelled wrong. Mind you this is for my CEO mentioned above. I have a panic attack and this amazing person on the phone makes magic happen. Informs me they will send it out again, like what woowwww. I cant tell you how much it cost but it cost nothing to be soooo amazing. We will be ordering again!! Thank you everyone that assisted!! read more

Recently needed a hostess/ birthday gift and luckily found the Flower Bar on a Sunday afternoon. The arrangement was lovely. The woman (owner, I assume) who waited on me was very pleasant and generous. All employees were equally as personable and helpful. This will be my second review as I retracted my last review because my wife told me to. I love my wife but I told her so... we ordered for Mother's Day and did not receive our flowers until 7 pm! There were no phone calls or warnings...a simple update would have helped cover the lack of flowers I ordered along with the takeout dinner I prepared for my mother. I also received the wrong size flowers but had no desire to call and complain after the 2nd time of disappointment, this I know because the delivery slip was left on the order and read standard when I paid for premium! The card was also blank with the wrong name on it still have no idea how it was delivered. A huge joke. This tells me, there is lack of organization. Luckily this time most of the flowers lasted yet the roses didn't open. I will be moving on to the next Flower shop! read more

I would give this business less than 1 star if I could. Unfortunately there aren't many florists nearby so my family or boyfriend have sent flowers through Flower Bar several times. The arrangements are expensive compared to other places and what you get is extremely underwhelming and uninspiring. Then, after being generally underwhelmed you have the added disappointment of the arrangement dropping and wilting shortly thereafter. Often before many of the flowers even open. Definitely not fresh flowers. Really disappointing. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered a premium bouquet and paid just under $200. I was sent a picture of what was received and it was small, unremarkable, and unimpressive. I didn't request rare, unusual or exceptional species, just a fragrant seasonal bouquet. If you have ordered elsewhere previously, or have any expectations whatsoever, I highly recommend looking at examples of what they've done, and purchasing elsewhere. read more
