First to start off I called to enquire about orchids for my CEO's mother. The man on the phone told me he'd call back because the orchid delivery guy would be in shortly and I could personally pick the orchids. UMMM yes wowwww #1! He calls back and we pick the most beautiful orchids (described via telephone). He took down all the info and card information yay #2. Next day delivery for $15 is unheard of. Next Day... dun dun dun.. I call and tell them I never received a receipt or a photo. Come to find out my email was wrong :( and his wife's name was spelled wrong. Mind you this is for my CEO mentioned above. I have a panic attack and this amazing person on the phone makes magic happen. Informs me they will send it out again, like what woowwww.
