The owner is so attentive, kind, and very caring and the guys who work there are great too. If you're not sure what to get, they'll help you put something together that looks beautiful without making it complicated. Whether picking up something simple for your home or ordering flowers for someone else, the arrangements always come out lovely. When I visit, I leave with something I'm happy with. I then asked how much delivery would be to my home, which is only three blocks away, and he quoted me $15. This immediately raised a red flag, since the website clearly advertised free delivery. When I questioned this, he paused and then said, "It doesn't entail anything, I can just deliver it for you for free." Based on that, I told him I would go ahead and place the order the next day for the Friday service. The next day, I checked the website again and noticed all the prices had suddenly increased by $15. While that alone was frustrating, I still called to finalize the order. At that point, I was told to call back in an hour because he was busy. I proceeded to call back five times and even left a message. I never received a response.
