I reached out more than two days in advance because I wanted to send a floral arrangement directly to a funeral home. After searching online for options nearby, I came across Park Floral and decided to give them a call to clarify a few details before placing my order. When I spoke with the manager, Michael, he told me there would be a $25 delivery fee to the funeral home. I then asked how much delivery would be to my home, which is only three blocks away, and he quoted me $15. This immediately raised a red flag, since the website clearly advertised free delivery. When I questioned this, he paused and then said, "It doesn't entail anything, I can just deliver it for you for free." Based on that, I told him I would go ahead and place the order the next day for the Friday service. The next day, I checked the website again and noticed all the prices had suddenly increased by $15. While that alone was frustrating, I still called to finalize the order. At that point, I was told to call back in an hour because he was busy. I proceeded to call back five times and even left a message. I never received a response. For something as important and time-sensitive as a funeral, this level of inconsistency, lack of transparency, and poor communication is extremely disappointing. I ultimately took my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

The stems were covered in dark spots and the roses themselves were wilted, naturally there was no pleasant floral fragrance other than a slight scent of rot. I called the shop, and Franz was very professional and accommodating and changed the date to the following week. (I live in CA) However, it turned out that my friend's travel schedule was completely upended due to that weekend's massive airline cancellations. Since this delivery was supposed to be a pleasant surprise, I was not able to get the specific details of her itinerary, lest risking looking like a stalker, until she finally returned to her home and had the wherewithal to give me the summary of her nightmarish detour trek around the country. Her delayed return resulted in at least 2 (most likely more) unsuccessful attempts by the patient delivery person. By that time, I pretty much gave up hope and really did not expect them to try again since they clearly exercised their due diligence. You can imagine my absolute delight and gratitude when I received my friend's happy text last night with a photo of the flower arrangement! However, despite advertising on their website that they deliver outside of NYC and/or the Tri-state, I was met with an email stating the delivery location was too far to accommodate. "Tri-state" means New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. My best friend is 25 miles from their Harlem location in NJ. Very unfortunate and quite disappointing.

I ordered flowers for same-day delivery because…read morethe timing of when the recipient received the flowers was very important to me but they were never delivered and after me contacting them with no response I got a call in the am and she told me to text her proof I placed the ordered she then texted me back after I sent proof and I was told their printer was offline. I was not notified and had to reach out myself. I was understanding and simply asked if there was anything they could do as a courtesy for the inconvenience because it was extremely important for them to receive flowers the day of. Instead of responding, my text messages were ignored. I eventually noticed the order had been refunded, but no one bothered to communicate that to me. Mistakes happen. Ignoring the customer after your own mistake is the real problem. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. With this attitude, approach, and level of customer service, I honestly don't understand how this business is still operating. There are plenty of businesses that actually value their customers.
