I reached out more than two days in advance because I wanted to send a floral arrangement directly to a funeral home. After searching online for options nearby, I came across Park Floral and decided to give them a call to clarify a few details before placing my order. When I spoke with the manager, Michael, he told me there would be a $25 delivery fee to the funeral home. I then asked how much delivery would be to my home, which is only three blocks away, and he quoted me $15. This immediately raised a red flag, since the website clearly advertised free delivery. When I questioned this, he paused and then said, "It doesn't entail anything, I can just deliver it for you for free." Based on that, I told him I would go ahead and place the order the next day for the Friday service. The next day, I checked the website again and noticed all the prices had suddenly increased by $15. While that alone was frustrating, I still called to finalize the order. At that point, I was told to call back in an hour because he was busy. I proceeded to call back five times and even left a message. I never received a response. For something as important and time-sensitive as a funeral, this level of inconsistency, lack of transparency, and poor communication is extremely disappointing. I ultimately took my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

The flower arrangement was gorgeous that time and huge, the vase the flowers were delivered in ON TIME was stunning, the teddy bear, large and adorable. Same pricing but just WOW. This was not Wow. The lady on the phone is very nice, but there is no quality going on here. And the delivery man should learn his city. If a client says, "This hospital, this room," believe them. Do not waste your money. You will end up being embarassed. Follow up: We asked for "baby colors for a little girl." It was appropriate to expect the gift bag would not be black which represents death and Halloween to most people. There are no "bear" dimensions on the site to check. Last time we ordered a stuffed animal it was 3x the size. Saying "You should have checked on the website" is not a reasonable response. A more thoughtful answer could have been, "Sorry you were disappointed. We will put measurements up on our website for others in the future." That would have been a classy answer. If I had not followed up and checked on the delivery, out gift would have stayed at the wrong hospital overnight. The driver should have double-checked when misdirected. Without my check-in call, those flowers would still have never arrived. A no-brainer to follow through when given a specific address and room number. We looked at the photos of other flower companies and also of order we've been happy with before. For 50 dollars less, more flowers and a pretty vase were always the norm. We have the right to be disappointed and state so. With so many positive reviews for this venue, it's beyond shocking this store owner would actually PHONE my son. He did not pay for this order. His wife just had a difficult delivery. He does NOT need this tasteless drama handedd his way. It's easy enough to email back and forth privately with class. She patiently listened to what we wanted, allowed me to send example photos and sent me sample photos to be sure we were on the same page. As we got closer to the date, Lea worked with the wedding planner to tweak the delivery, set up, and removal. Best of all, as I became more of an anxious mother-of-the-bride, she spent time on the phone with me, patiently reassuring me and walking me through exactly how everything would go. I really appreciated how understanding and non-judgemental she was. The chuppah was perfect and the delivery and removal went totally smoothly. I highly recommend!

I was understanding and simply asked if there was anything they could do as a courtesy for the inconvenience because it was extremely important for them to receive flowers the day of. Instead of responding, my text messages were ignored. I eventually noticed the order had been refunded, but no one bothered to communicate that to me. Mistakes happen. Ignoring the customer after your own mistake is the real problem. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. I called several times throughout the day during the business's posted hours of 10 AM-3 PM, and no one answered. I also never received a call, message, or any type of follow-up. I spent a significant amount of money on the flowers and delivery fees, so I expected at minimum some communication regarding my order. It's extremely unfortunate to spend that much money with a local business and be left completely in the dark.
