Disappointing to say the least. Ordering flowers is difficult here. The big flower vendor sites subcontract the actual flower delivery to local florists in your area. In this area, none of the local florists ever have what the website you ordered from show. What you get is at best something similar. I found Monet's Garden website. They are a local florist with their own pictures and descriptions of products available. Great I thought. So I picked an arrangement for my wife. The picture was pretty and it listed the types of flowers and also had a description of the vase whoch was supposed to be red. This is what I ordered and hoped to be delivered. Wrong! What was delivered had a pink theme but that is as close as it got. The flowers were different, the arrangement was different and the vase was a clear plain vase which was too tall for the flowers. If I wanted to be surprised like that I could have ordered from another site and saved some money as well. Oh, besides a delivery charge, there is a processing charge too. Didn't expect that when ordering from a vendor that is 1/4 mile away from my home. The flowers were fresh and that is the only positive thing I can say about them. Next time I will try my luck with the major sites again. It was not worth what I spent here. read more

I cannot even begin to rave about Tania! I had an emergency at the last second my wedding had to change from round tables to rectangle (which if you know weddings and flowers you know this is not an easy thing 3 days before the wedding). Tania went above and beyond to ensure that I had the most beautiful arrangements still and worked tirelessly to change everything! I ordered flowers for my daughter for Rosh Hashonah w instructions to leave flowers at door if no one was home. Instead, they called her before delivering flowers and being a holiday, she didn't answer her phone. If I hadn't called at 3:30 from my daughter's home to find out what happened to the flowers, I don't think they would ever have been delivered!! How ignorant can the owners be to not understand that phones may not be answered on a religiously observed holiday! Flowers were delivered within 1/2 hour of my phone call and were very nice but I would not order from there again. read more
