I go out of my way NOT to go to this postal shop in Norwood. The bald Korean guy owner here is surly and makes the experience of dropping off a package unpleasant. I agree with some of the other reviews. The owner is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. His directions are inconsistent--he tells you one thing one time, then something completely different the next, and if you follow his earlier instructions, he still treats you poorly. For example, I was waiting in line with a pre-labeled package, and he snapped at me, saying I couldn't wait in line. But on a previous visit, he told me I had to hand it to him because he needed to scan it anyway. When I did exactly that, he still gave me an attitude. I brought 5 boxes to ship some clothes, nothing was oversized or heavy weight, 25lbs. He quoted me $310 for 4 of the packages, not including the 5th package which was going to another address. I had a feeling he thought he could pull one over on me so when I questioned it he quickly ripped up the quote. Needless to say I took my boxes and left. Used to pick up from him when I worked for DHL he would order tons of empty shipping boxes,(Which were provided free of charge) I confronted him, telling him he only shipped out a few a week, and I knew what he was doing with them. He turned them inside out, to hide the logo, and used them for his own shipping. From that point on, I didn't deliver anymore boxes to him. The man in charge has a bad attitude if he does not relate to you in his way he has a begrudgingly poor attitude toward you. He becomes annoyed toward because you are returning a defective Amazon item and he can not make a profit from that. All he can charge you is one dollar by law and he dislikes our commerce laws. Right when you are ready to leave he displays his poor personal attitudes toward you which I will not accept that type of behavior from anyone. The owner here is an older Korean guy. I told my partner I will always avoid these type little stores and instead I will only go to the more normal stores in the area the stores with more normal proper attitudes than this. read more

Was sending an important package to Korea to family and had to get there by a certain time. His knowledge of everything that had to be checked off was not only extremely helpful but essential in getting the package there - from knowing what was specifically needed for customs to even flagging an incorrect zip code. This is the most professional shipping store. We spent 2 hours on Friday packing, boxing and shipping paintings and home furnishings. The store manager could not have been more helpful figuring out the best way to wrap each item, combine items, and consolidate the shipment. We live in Manhattan and the drive to Norwood, NJ was worth the time. It was a great experience for what is usually a stressful project. read more

I get it that these shipping places must accept tons and tons of prepaid packages (amazon etc). What really gets me is when they look annoyed about giving you a drop off receipt. It's on me if my package gets lost. And in this case, I'm actually paying for the return label. So I want my proof of mailing. Totally unprofessional and rude! I own a small business and have to mail packages frequently via USPS. This shipping place advertises that he accepts USPS with a big sign on the storefront and says it on the website. Yet, the owner is always annoyed that I am dropping off packages. He never says hello or thank you or anything except give me a nasty look. I asked him if there is a problem with me dropping off these packages and he complained that I have too many!! Then he proceeded to tell me to leave and go to the post office. Wow! How's that for customer service?! There are better ways to say things buddy! I guess you can only go to this place if you are shipping certain packages but i would just stay away. There is a new UPS store that opened up down the road anyway....... read more
