Today, however, Rosemary took care of me, and most of the customers ... I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism while juggling many roles... I was pushed back, each time a customer with regular purchase, or return... or pick up, came to the counter... I got my 5 pages of labels little under an hour later... her colleague, who was busy doing "non-directly-customer-related things, asked how I was Doing ... as I was leaving, and I just laughed out of sarcasm... how would YOU or ANYONE feel, after getting pushed to the back of the line, many times???? ... and finally get out of there about 45minutes later...
