I used this service twice this week, the first time was okay, but the business did not pick up all the junk items requested. Little disappointed with that. Today I had him come for some more, we are cleaning out a house, and he insisted coming over on the early side dispite me telling him that I would NOT be ready at that time. He went off for a hour break while I finished getting the stuff out. WE had to take it out all the junk so all he did was throw it in his trailer. Then he was in a big hurry to be paid, Andy phone and our phone had connectivity issues, so we agreed to meet up the road so everyone could connect and process the payment. I told him that I needed 5 to 10 minutes to find my glasses that I misplaced and I needed to get my bag. He then starts in with an attituded, how he has stuff he wants to do. He became rude about it, at which time I blew up. He threatened to dump the junk load in the driveway, of which I let him know that I would sue. So sorry I wasted 5 to 10 minutes of his time and I let him know that if he wanted to be paid it would take a few minutes so I could lock up the house. At this point I will never use him again and I will not recommend him to anyone! read more
