They will pickup your trash about half the time if you are lucky…read more We recently moved to Sedona and made the terrible mistake of signing up with Patriot Disposal. They missed picking up our trash twice so far. This last time, they were nice on the phone and assured us they would come get it the next day. Nope. The next day, nope. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that there isn't one. Debbie told us that she has "no way of knowing who the drivers are and can't contact dispatch". The company is a total mess of bad communication and there is apparently no one in charge. The final straw for us was when Linda called on Friday (after not picking up our trash for 5 straight days) and had the audacity to flat out lie and claim that the trash wasn't on the curb when the driver arrived.
