They missed picking up our trash twice so far. This last time, they were nice on the phone and assured us they would come get it the next day. Nope. The next day, nope. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that there isn't one. Debbie told us that she has "no way of knowing who the drivers are and can't contact dispatch". The company is a total mess of bad communication and there is apparently no one in charge. The final straw for us was when Linda called on Friday (after not picking up our trash for 5 straight days) and had the audacity to flat out lie and claim that the trash wasn't on the curb when the driver arrived. Horrible company!

We have had Patriot Disposal for years and been very happy with their service and response. We…read morerecreated out to cancel our service as we were moving. The cancelation date was scheduled for 3 days AFTER our normally scheduled pick-up day that week. I told them not to pick up the dumpster until the cancelation day because we would need the dumpster through then. They then proceeded to NOT pick up our trash on our REGULAR trash day. This skipped service meant that we had NO EMPTY DUMPSTER with which to put the last dumpster full if items remaining. When I reached out about the missed service and (now) extra trash with nowhere to go. They said it would cost $25 for them to remove the extra trash (that wouldn't fit in the full dumpster that was not serviced). I called and explained the situation and was told they would go ahead and pick it up with no charge. Two weeks later we had to return to the neighborhood only to find that Patriot had picked up ONLY the dumpster and left the trash that was there due to their error. After many futile calls with Patriot I was forced to pay the $25 fee because the "owners" said the driver's time must be covered. I find it extremely frustrating that I paid the driver's time for my regular pickup that WAS NOT DONE and yet I ALSO have to pay a SECOND fee to pay for the driver's time to come fix Patriot's incompetence. Wow.... Sad to end our services with them on this note as that will be my lasting impression to share with ALL.
