After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke.
