Not the greatest "packaging". Shipped a bronze sculpture and the box was stuffed with random pieces of styrofoam and a blanket. Then the sculpture was delivered upside down. A simple "This Side Up" sticker would have been useful. Thank goodness it wasn't damaged but real shoddy job! And they charged me $90. bucks for a cardboard box stuffed with styrofoam. read more

Stopped in today to drop off some stuff to ship. The owner was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I had missed the truck for overnight delivery.... she did tell me they would get it sent overnight tomorrow. I'm hoping I can update this review tomorrow more positivity once it's packed and mailed out, until then it was a solid experience Parking: There were several parking spots available which was great. Service: The owner was working the front desk and was very sweet. She answered all my questions and I was able to give her info about what I was shipping. Products: I was surprised to see they have no packing material for sale. You have to have them pack it. Hopefully that part goes well - I was shipping some wedding bouquets and she told me they have someone who's good at that type of packing. I'll update my review once I confirm the packing was good. Other things to note: - Their building is quite warm (its June in sedona). - They do make you fill out a paper form with addresses and your credit card payment info if it's something that will be charged later Value: I'm unsure of the value yet. They told me they would call me when they have packaged and prepared to ship to let me know the charge. read more

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the Sedona Nationwide Pack and Ship. I visited Sedona and bought several presents to be shipped home, along with some of our personal belongings. The person who assisted us was kind and efficient. Unfortunately a delicate item was damaged during delivery, which can happen, so that wasn't a surprise, but what was a surprise was how expertly the owner handled the situation. Not only did she reimburse me for the shipping, but she went to the shop where I purchased the item, bought me a new one and shipped it to my home without charging me another cent. The most convenient FedEx drop. I am in the middle of a house renovation, and the property featured a classic NuTone intercom. Really, people go nuts over it, but it is a pain to restore. After watching a five-hour YouTube video on the restoration process, I offered the presenter my intercom. He sent me some FedEx shipping labels. We found Nationwide Pack & Ship, and brought the intercom to them. They just asked us leave the box inside the front door; they would do the rest. The intercom was picked up the same afternoon, and was at the restorer's shop in 2 days. Well done, FedEx. Well done, Nationwide! read more

I brought a ceramic urn I had made for a dear friend that passed away recently to have them pack and ship it. They sent it to the wrong address. Nationwide will not pay to ship it to the correct address. WTF? They even have film of me giving the man behind the counter the correct address. I talked to Heather several times. She is real *#@+! and treated me very bad. I will never go there again. Don't go there unless you want to get cheated. read more

Let my CLEARLY marked perishable package filled with ice packs and medicine sit for 5 days. When I was upset they told me "we get perishable packages all the time that we let sit around. We don't know if it's dog food or what" Hmmm. Even if it wasn't incredibly expensive medicine and "just dog food" I'd still want it treated as marked. Why would my perishable dog food not be a priority, too? And the reason they didn't send on time was because they had two cc card numbers, one crossed out and one written in its place. Not sure which one to use. Again, hmmmmm. Maybe the one not crossed off and written clearly. On top of all of this, they almost sent and charged me for the now perished meds. Almost charged me for what is now trash. Would have loved an apology but instead learned this place does not acknowledge the word perishable. read more

I went to their business with a package for FedEx with a tracking number already assigned. The woman at the counter told me to leave the package on the rack. I checkEd all day to see if it had been scanned in. It had not the next day I called at 10 Am I was told they don't know where my package is everything was scanned but my package was not. I drove one to their office. I was told don't worry it was probably out on the truck without scanning and it would probably show up. This is unacceptable. Don't do business with this place. What's the point of a tracking number if the business you drop the package off at fails to scan the package. FedEx should pull their license. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY read more

I have lived in Sedona for 21 years and always loved coming here because of the service and friendliness of the staff. I worked at Bashas for 18 years and saw the employees that worked here all the time at Bashas. I believe those employees/owners are no longer here. I went into this location a time back and asked for a receipt so I could prove I dropped off my package. The woman told me I didn't need one because I had a copy of the label. I told her I couldn't prove I dropped it off and huffing, she gave me one. I just dropped off another package and asked for a receipt and was told they don't give out receipts because IT COST THEM MONEY UNLESS I MAKE A PURCHASE THERE. Whoever you are that now owns this establishment, you just lost a customer, and I will tell others. Very poor customer service. If you cannot print out a receipt for someone and get all bent out of shape when asked for a receipt, don't accept packages and don't own this business. read more

I have been using Nationwide for years at this location. I never had any issues and the previous owners were always so friendly and helpful. This past year, I've had one issue after another, and the customer service is awful!! The manager has been snotty every time I've spoken with her, and they closed my box without letting me know. It's truly gone down hill and I hope the new owner finds someone much better to manage the place. I will never do business here again. read more

Fed ex is awful for delivery. They lied about making an attempt to deliver a medication to my home when I was home all day. I called 7 minutes after they supposedly were at my home and then I was told they would come back- that never happened. I cancelled my order and reordered from someone else not using fed ex for delivery. For someone needing their medication this is just wrong a delivery service to flat out LIE! read more

We had a really good experience here. I had bought a metal sculpture that I wanted to check as baggage on my flight home. I took it to them, and the owner assured me it would be packed safely and could withstand the airline rough handling, as they had been doing this for a long time. My dealing with Chris, the owner, was very pleasant, and she had the package ready for us to pick up sooner than she had promised, and she really made the effort to keep the price down. When I got home and unpacked my little treasure, I was amazed at just how well it was packed. Every sharp edge was specially wrapped and it was really well-protected. If you buy something in Sedona, and you really need to ship it home safely, this is the place! We took six items ranginig from metal sculptures - a porcelin jar - to a cows skull with horns. These items range from large rigid objects to fragile - breakable - all objects of odd shapes and sizes. After showing our items to the owner, she assured us that they would be packed correctly and arrive safe and intact. As we left, we knew our treasures were in good hands. We received two boxes containing our treasures and as we opened them, we knew our choice of shippers was spot-on. Everything was wrapped and boxed perfectly. Everything was exactly as we left them. I don't conduct a lot of business here but when I do, it's convenient, easy and accessible. The staff at the window is typically friendly and helpful. They helped me decide whether using UPS would be cost effective vs the USPS. Parking can be a little tough during UPS or Fed Ex pick up times with their trucks there but otherwise this longstanding Sedona business remains a pleasant alternative to the post office. read more
