10 Stars if I could give them ~ Excellent and efficient service from the BEST computer technician in Sedona & all of the Verde Valley! Alun Wile is my 'go-to' person for anything computer related, as I completely trust his expertise. My PC was recently hacked and over $2k scammed through PayPal and Amazon via remote connections. Alun cleared off the malicious programs and helped me destress about my computer's vulnerability. 100% recommended ~Thank you, Alun at PC & Mac Fixers! https://www.facebook.com/pcmacfixers https://www.thepcfixers.com/ read more

Very rude man. He could not fix my computer and insulted me as I was walking out. I do not recommend.

I took my slow Mac desktop computer to PC & Mac Fixers earlier this year, and the work they did on it has it working very fast. I thought the customer service was good. The work, which included a new solid state hard drive, cost over $300, but it's working like a brand new computer. It was much cheaper than buying a new computer, which I might have been doing without the tune up. read more

Excellent computer place and we finally got to the bottom of the problem. I appreciated the sincerity and willingness to help me. No hidden costs and upcharges. Reasonable rates all around! Very professional attitude and got the job done right! Big thumbs up! read more

PC Fixers delivered as promised. My desktop computer had some very annoying malware that I couldn't get rid of and it was not allowing me to do anything on the computer. I took it to PC Fixers and they took care of the problem and also cleaned up all the unnecessary files and programs that were slowing down the computer -- all this the same day. I highly recommend them. read more

Am somewhat reluctant to leave such a negative review (as I've never left one below 4 stars), but my experience with them today was sufficiently disturbing as to warrant it. Customer beware! I needed to replace one of my PC's components (the CPU fan/heatsink, as I'd dislodged it from the motherboard this morning, and couldn't re-attach it). Their website states that they do hardware installation, so I called them today to see if they had the requisite part, and to get an estimate. They evidently keep very few parts in stock (the tech's own words), which is no problem, as many businesses can't afford to keep all their capital tied up in parts (which they may or may not ever sell). I then noted that I could easily acquire this particular part myself (either locally, at Fry's Electronics etc, or via Amazon etc) for them to install (as it's a very common PC replacement part; almost as common as a failed power supply), and they responded that that too would be fine...so far so good, right? Well, this particular part takes literally less than 5 minutes to install. No reputable business could possibly spend more than half an hour doing this job, if they work at the slowest pace imaginable. I don't expect any business to work for free, but their quoted fee to do this install - $120 - was, frankly, shocking. Another local "5-star" Yelp reviewed computer repair company, Technology Partners, quoted me $15 for the exact same job. An estimate of $30 or $40 wouldn't have shocked me (or, merited this review), but $120 for 5 minutes of your time? Yeah, that's over $1,000 per hour! A $30 or $40 fee would STILL have been quite profitable (as TPI-US knows quite well), AND equal to a pay rate of several hundred dollars per hour, but this business wants 3 or 4 TIMES that much. Sorry....Technology Partners' 5-star Yelp rating might well be warranted, but this business's? You do the math! read more

Very straightforward, friendly and prompt service. Did not charge a flat fee like some other local shops just to look at / diagnose my laptop. Price to repair was reasonable. Glad to have a reliable place in town for computer repairs and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I am going to preface this review and say I am a tech nerd so I am very particular about who I let fiddle with my computers. That being said, since day 1 these guys have been absolutely amazing when it comes to repairing my computer issues. They don't just talk the talk here, they follow through. Ryan the owner is awesome and actually helped me put together a build list for building my own desktop. THat's the kind of knowledge and service you will get when you use the PC Fixers. They are the only place that I take my work computers to when we have issues and they have the problem fixed same day! How many computer repair places do you go to and get potentially same day service!?! Not Geek Squad, that's for sure. Give these guys a shot, they truly deserve the business. Thanks Ryan and co. read more

Excellent customer service, genuinely nice, and knowledgeable. I went in for a simple M.2 screw for my new SSD, and left with more knowledge than I went in with. I will definitely be doing business with The PC Fixers again. Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience here when my hard drive failed on my Dell. They explained my options and tried tirelessly to save my data. I thought the price was affordable considering my situation and agree with all other 5 star reviews that have posted. This is the first yelp review I have ever written, and decided to do it because of the pleasant experience (in such a tumultuous time for me) and over the top service I received. Thanks so much to the team at PCFixers. read more

These folks don't stand behind their work!! Returned 2x and $160 later and a bad attitude! "Has plenty of customers and doesn't care if a bad review is written"!! Bad days can't be passed on to the consumer and at their expense! These are the type of small companies that don't understand customers or service... I would never recommend to anyone!! Over a year later and this ripoff artist just responded!! He failed to tell everyone how much $ he charged my wife to do the same thing 2 times. Couldn't really admit he couldn't fix and had the unit fixed for $60 next day,,, yes our fault for being scammed 2x. read more

Owned by 2 people and they fix it themselves. Very good at what they do and you can come back if the problem is persistent!

I dropped and picked up my laptop during normal business hours but was helped right away. They do exactly what they say and seemed to go above and beyond to help people even if they called in with a simple question. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back! read more

Great people to work with, they actually came in less than originally quoted. How often can you say that? Professional and replaced my laptop keyboard in less than 24 hours. read more

Ryan was very clear, helpful and responsive in providing me assistance. His turn around was within hours and I was back in business. I'll be sure to work with him in the future. Thank you! read more

Great service! They fixed my computer same day for a fair price! Very good customer service!

Great team here at The PC fixers ! Can help fix or build anything ! Helped fix my Mac book !

Ryan and his team are awesome! He deeply cares about the integrity of his business, he has the expertise needed, and he provides great customer service. Phone calls are returned within 24 hours (usually less time), they listen patiently, explain slowly and in terms I can follow, and are willing to review more than once why the service they provided was in my best interest and what my options were or are. Being an Apple fan, I've been super pleased with their knowledge and expertise to service my laptop as needed, and to guide me on next steps. Thanks for such a great service! read more

Needed a complete refresh of my PC, was done within one day and all was done without any issues. Very Pleased with the whole experience.

Highly recommend!! Ryan is fantastic!! He came out to our office right away and was able to fix issues we were having with 8 different computers! On top of going above our expectations the first day, he came back a day later to make sure everything was still functioning properly. We took his recommendation for a new router and he came out and installed it for us and now our office is functioning perfectly!! Thank you Ryan! Great first time experience! read more

The PC Fixers are hands down the best PC repair shop in Sedona! Alan is kind, informative, professional and an expert technician in his field. He takes time to explain issues and options in simple language. He doesn't pressure you into fixing or doing anything unnecessary. He is of Scottish/Irish descent so he doesn't waste your time or money-- a rarity in this field where nebulous information is used to pressure you into forking over the big bucks for very simple issues. He is straight up and helpful, his prices are fair and he works fast! This is a must for those of us with online businesses. My Mac is working like lightning now and he helped set me up to avoid the same problem in the future. He takes time to educate you and genuinely cares about your needs. He isn't about return customers; he is about happy customers who pass the word along to others. One of the best small businesses in Sedona! Glad we found him. I will refer anyone without hesitation to PC Fixers! read more

I needed my CD drive in my MacBook replaced and had already taken it to Apple, where I was quoted a high price and given the alternative of using an external CD drive. Ryan was able to replace the drive and I got it back the same day for less than Apple and great service! I definitely recommend The PC Fixers if you need computer repair! read more

I'm so happy I found The PC Fixers. I had a PC with a complicated problem. When I brought it in, it was immediately obvious that the staff was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do, and could get it fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more than that. read more

Have to agree - these guys are top notch. Friendly, helpful, take time to explain situation and all options. I wouldn't expect them to have a ton of materials necessarily in stock considering all the different devices, components etc. but they know how to promptly locate availability along with pricing and alternatives. Customer - and computer - service at its best read more
