I visited Wedgwood postal office today to request a refund for a PM Express which has a money back guarantee if not delivered by the scheduled delivery date, which was the case with mine. I was told by a pleasant clerk this is not done in the local offices or online, he directed me to call customer service and they will issue my refund. I did this and was told that yes, the local offices can issue refunds and he should have done that. The customer service agent advised me to complete a refund request online or go to another local postal office to receive my refund. I chose to go to Lake City postal office where the postal clerk was well informed and efficient, having me complete a refund form and promptly refunded the cost of the PM express. Had I been helped at Wedgwood, my time would have been saved from calling USPS (waiting 15 minutes to speak to someone) and then having to go to Lake City for my refund. read more

The postal carrier is great but there's a clerk that works there that's very rude and will not scan prepaid shipping packages nor will she give you a receipt and the manager will back her on that so if you need your stuff scanned buy a clerk where tracking happens right away and not the next day which is not guaranteed through the self service kiosk scan, it's not the post office to go to. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I had a pretty weird and bad experience. I was needing street addressing confirmed for the po box and I told everyone I needed some written/printed proof as the online usps customer access said that it was invalid and not confirmed in person. I was passed around between 4 individuals that actually stormed off on me and I could hear them talking about "Wow she's still here" from the back but I didn't realize that after 2 min of talking and you storming off without finishing a convo that it was my time to leave(?) like I'm going to get what I need miss lmao Manager also stormed into his office on the right side of the counter and shut the door on me too woop. Interestingly enough after 45 min, someone printed what I needed out and said they could not give it to me in the end stating privacy reasons even though I read everything on the paper word for word...as it was our personal name, address, business name. Even more interesting is they state privacy reasons but gave me a 5 page sheet of paper of everyone's po box, personal address, personal names, and businesses to sift through myself. Good grief. This is my new P.o. box home and I've seen first-hand how poorly many customers treat the staff here. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone that works here has been lovely, and especially lovely considering the type of cold, rude and argumentative people they have to deal with on a daily basis. This is an older facility, but it is always clean, well stocked and have fun greeting cards. This is an employee appreciation post for Mike at the Wedgwood US Postal Service office. On 12/15/2022 at 8:00am, Mike at the front desk really went above and beyond for each of the people in line (and they each had their extracurricular question/problem!). For the first it was having 6-7 personal boxes to mail out to different places with incorrect zip codes written on most of the boxes, for the second it was lots of questions about expedited shipping and extra insurance costs for sending packages to New York, etc. He handled each encounter wonderfully! This location had a bad rep for a while but they have undergone some major staffing changes and now every time I visit this location I am pleased with the experience. They have a convenient self-automated machine for mailing packages and a drop off chute that are available even after the main doors of the office are closed. The line moves quickly during business hours and the people working here now are always friendly and helpful. This is my post office of choice in the city. read more

This is my first time visiting this post office. I arrived to a long line at 8:30 am. The line was moving along quite quickly and once and a while, one of the employees (man) would let the people in the line know if they wanted to just drop off an item, they can do so without waiting in line. That helped move things along. When I finally made it to the front desk, the employee was very rude (Asian women) and very short with me. When I asked for a specific type of stamps (ones that had flowers on them), she rolled her eyes. When the transaction was completed, I wanted to thank her but she turned her back to me and pretended to be busy. It was the weirdest experience to have first thing morning. Not going to return since I don't live in the area but I highly suggest that woman treat customers better. read more

US Post Office - Rude woman - Post Offices Near Me - Seattle, Washington

This post office is in a great location! My family and I have used it for years. It is on a good bus line, and overall is easy to get to. The parking lot is small, but there is a parking lot across from a church that is usually empty that you can use too. Typically I come first thing in the morning because it does get busy. I want to be clear that I am making this review based off of February 2020, right BEFORE the COVID-19 shut everything down. So this is a reflection of their service before then. Some of the good things about this post office are that they carry a wide variety of fun stamps, they have a secure drop box for packages and they have a secure drop box for letters. I would say out of the post offices in the area, I think this one is the safest, despite it being older in appearance. I don't care if a building is old, I care that it is functional. I am not sure if this is a reflection on specifically this post office or the post office as a whole-trying to be fair here. I think that they could manage their time more efficiently-they usually only have one counter free even if there is a large line of people. They have three counters-why is there always only ONE person at them when there is a line of people going almost out the door? I also think they could clarify their policies more-have posters or have notices while people are standing in line to fill things out. I think it is fair of them to have expectations on the customers to come prepared, of where to put addresses on packages and what boxes are okay to use as packaging, but BE SPECIFIC. It is hard to come prepared if I am unclear on what that means-I have accidentally held up the line for all of the reasons listed below (I come about 3-5 times a month), 1) The address of my recipient was not handwritten on the package. 2) The address of my recipient WAS handwritten on the package. 3) The address of my recipient was printed on a notecard (and I had tape with me) and written on the package to be safe...still no. 4) My letter was the wrong size and couldn't be sent without another stamp, even though I had sent cards with that exact stationary before with one stamp and zero trouble. I am all for the post office-they provide an essential service. But part of being a good business is clarifying your policies. Please make them obvious, I don't want going up to the counter to be a mystery where I may or may not have done my labelling correctly. read more

This post office belongs in a third world country. The manager is completely unprofessional and unfitting for the job. I recently moved into the area. The house is a newly built, and the mailbox was established before I bought it. However, the mailman refuse to deliver my mail citing that the mailbox needed their approval to be where it's at. The fact of the matter is, the mailbox is in a location that makes sense...the mailman walks past my mailbox from one house to the next and is within arms reach but ignores it completely. I requested a meeting with a manager to discuss the approval location of their liking but he has ignored me 5 times face to face and 10 times overall because he doesn't want to drive his lazy ass a mile and a half to the house to decide where the mailbox is best for the lazy mailman. I'm sorry that your public responsibility from our tax money is such an inconvenience. Despite maximum effort to get them to come out to approve a location, my request goes unnoticed. My mail continues to be held with no resolution in sight. They are incredibly lazy and feels invincible because they are federal employees...fortunately, there's always someone higher up that will get things done. Welcome to the black hole of Wedgwood. Even thinking about this place makes me angry. I have only ventured in once and will never again. But this place haunts me on a weekly basis and jeopardizes anyone that drives down 35th Ave. Sure it seems innocent enough. You drop off a package, it's ready to go, should be easy but with the incompetent staff and the line of skeletors and yuppies, it's gonna take forever. Now you could blow this whole one time incident off but, it impacts people everyday. Wedgwood is notorious for its old people. And many of them spend their free time trying to parallel park in front of this building causing traffic to back up for miles. They stumble across the streets without looking and occasionally falling down. They swerve into traffic at break neck speeds whenever they feel like it. I've seen enough accidents here and I haven't even lived in this area a year! They need to put up some serious "Scary Old People Driving" signs around this place to let the unsuspecting people know! read more

Here are some things I believe. 1. I believe the USPS plays a critical role in supporting our democracy. Even in the age of cable, internet, wireless and other emerging technologies, good old snail mail is a mission critical piece of our national infrastructure. 2. I believe that even today in 2013, the ability to send a letter written on a piece of paper from one end of the country to another in a matter of days for only 45 cents is a grand accomplishment. 3. I believe that the current financial squeeze the USPS finds itself in is an artificial crisis created by the Republican led congress. See http://bit.ly/XwHrEK for more on this. 4. I believe rural communities who essentially receive the same services as urban communities, but receive massive subsidies to maintain said services should be more grateful for the revenues generated by urban communities. Or even acknowledge it. 5. I believe mail delivery could be cut back to five days a week without any real tangible effect. (Think that conflicts with #1 or #2? So sue me.) 6. I believe the USPS needs to figure out a way to update their post offices and in order to continue to provide services to their communities. All of which brings me to the post office located on NE 35th Ave at 77th Street in Seattle's Wedgwood neighborhood. This post office serves several neighborhoods including (population) Wedgwood (7445), View Ridge (3605), Sand Point (92), Windermere (4048) and even Bryant (5774) and Laurelhurst (4350). Combined these neighborhoods have a population of around 25,000 people (source: http://www.city-data.com) and yet this little post office originally built in the 1950s hasn't had any significant updating anytime in the past twenty years at least. There are three retail windows, although only two are typically staffed. Is it any wonder the line regularly runs out the door? There is an automated kiosk, which normally I am not a fan of, but in the case of this post office (or really any) I am grateful for. Still, the area where the kiosk is located is cramped and a bit grimy. Actually, the entire post office is a bit grimy. Actually, every USPS post office I've been in the last year is a bit grimy. Wedgwood, Lake City, Bellevue, Downtown Seattle. What is the deal? More importantly, what is the plan? You know what? I'm just going to go ahead and say that this review isn't just for the Wedgwood post office, but all post offices EVERYWHERE! We need the postal service, but the postal service needs to meet us half way. Investing some money into their storefronts isn't just an increasingly urgent necessity, it's good business. Hmmm, maybe I'm just a glass-half-full kind of gal, but I'm just happy that this post office is here, one mile from my house. I have something I want to go out today, Saturday, and I'm so glad I can just take it to Wedgwood. As a meditator, any time spent waiting in line is an opportunity to practice being in the present moment. Regarding home service: my carriers always take the outgoing mail. Also, they do deliver mail addressed to people who don't live here, and I consider that a plus -- what if I have a friend visiting, or a short-term housemate? This Post Office's manager is completely incompetent. I have been trying to resolve an issue with the facility for 6+ months and they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails. It is ridiculous this facility even exists with the mismanagement and inability to do literally ANYTHING. They refuse to scan packages at drop-off. Something about Covid? Instead, they would prefer you remove yourself from quarantine, come and stand in line! genius! They even made a handy dandy "Exit Only" door -- be forewarned the "Exit Only" is off of the parking lot, so if you are carrying packages, you have to walk out to the road first. Genius again! Instead of scanning, they open their breath holes and say "would you like to take a picture of your tracking label?" and then they stand there while you continue to breathe and talk and pull out germ phone to take a picture. Genius! I sent a $500 item on the 16th, it has yet to be scanned, even though there are signs all over detailing scanning occurs at the end of each evening. Thankfully, I took an actual video of myself handing the package to the employee and her placing it in the bin. I've already contacted USPS, the inspector general, etc. I am a small business owner having to rely on fools. I'll update this review detailing the shit show which is no doubt about to take place. TAKE A VIDEO IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF PACKAGES. I've spoken to other small business, this is the only post office that is not scanning packages at drop-off. Protect yourself. Off the Beaten path post office in the middle of Wedgewood residential district. Definitely an old-school archaic post office, very small everything is super old. Package dropbox wouldn't even open and close correctly but fortunately they had a self-serve kiosk that met my needs. Today's experience wipes out the many years of good service I've had from this post office. In February I mailed two packages to Finland. All documents were completed correctly and they, along with the address labels, were machine-printed for legibility. These were send via Priority Mail Express International. Somebody screwed up; one box made it to Finland and the other was sent to Ghana. USPS opened a case, to which the Ghanian postal authority (which I imagine is largely fictional) shrugged and said "Donno". So USPS sent me their forms № 2855 (insurance claim) and 3533 (postage refund) with instructions to take them to my local post office where the insurance form would be accepted and sent in for processing, and the refund would be issued on the spot. That's not what happened. The counter clerk told me to meet the station manager at the package pickup, a dutch door (bottom and top halves open separately). The manager came and opened the top half, and I presented the forms. He said "What are these?" I briefly explained. He said "There's no such thing as a postage refund. Postage is never refunded under any circumstances." I said "Sir, I'm sure that's not true. Will you please read the letter from USPS? It's right there in the first paragraph." He looked at the letter and said "It doesn't say postage refund." I said "Please look at the first paragraph, it says 'file a request for a postage refund by completing the enclosed Form 3533, Application for Refund, which can be used to request disbursement for Priority Mail Express International refunds. This form must be submitted at your local post office.'" He said "The form itself doesn't say *postage refund*, it says 'application for refund of fees, products, and withdrawal of customer accounts'. We don't refund postage. Ever. If you bought insurance on your package, you can file a claim and you might get some money for the lost item, but we don't refund postage" and he tried to close the door in my face. My arm on the door ledge stopped him. I said "Sir, for god's sake, please read the letter, it's right there in black and white." He responded by threatening to call the cops and have them haul me away for causing a disturbance and raising my voice. I said "Sir, I'm not causing a disturbance. Since you won't honor the form, may I please know your name?" He said "No, you're not getting my name. Get your arm off the door ledge or I'm calling the police and having you banned from this post office. We're done here." I said "Sir, no, we really aren't. If you haven't encountered this form before, I understand, but it is a USPS form, and it's got a USPS cover letter, and I'd like you to please check with whoever you need to check with about it." He said "I never heard of it. My head clerk never heard of it. How many times do I have to tell you? WE DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE EVER." I said "Sir, I understand you have to follow the rules, but you don't _make_ the rules. You're ordering me to leave, I'll leave, but I do need your name, please." He said "Dave." I said "Dave...?" He laughed and said "You're not gettin' my last name. Get your arm off the door ledge NOW." I said "I don't need your last name, how about your employee number?" He laughed again and said "Boy, you must really want me to call the cops and have you dragged outta here in handcuffs. NO, YOU CANNOT HAVE MY EMPLOYEE NUMBER!" and slammed the door. I intend to do everything possible to see to it he loses his job, or at least gets a black mark on his record. I drove to a post office in an adjacent ZIP code and somehow they managed to do their job and accept the forms without threatening me. read more

There are two jobs of the Post Office: 1) deliver your mail/packages to you and 2) send your mail/packages. Somehow this post office fails to do both these things! 1) I was expecting a clothing item I had purchased over Amazon. It was small enough to fit into my tiny apartment mailbox. Instead of putting my package into my mailbox, they left me a slip telling me to either pick it up or schedule a redelivery. I opted for the redelivery and did so online, which was super easy to do. I waited 2 weeks and I still didn't receive my package, forcing me to go in. When I got there, the guy, Kenneth, who was constantly waiting for me to tell him what to do next and making me pry the answers from him, informed me that they don't do redeliveries to my apartment complex.... What?..... Then why was it an option on the slip they left? (They have the ability to say "no redelivery" on the slip). He also told me that they don't deliver packages that don't fit in the mailboxes... I pointed out to him that the package was definitely small enough to fit, he said that the mailman made a mistake. No apology. 2) I had a package that I had to send that I brought with me and I asked Kenneth if I could send it off there (the label didn't specify USPS, UPS, etc.). He took the package, looked at it, and said yes. Today I received a package at my apartment and to my disbelief, it was the package I was trying to send!! Wtf. How incompetent can they be at this post office? It's not like the dude was a young intern. I'm pretty sure he was a manager there... I hope I never ever ever have to come back to this branch ever again. I don't care about the lines, or the small parking lot - it's like that at every post office. My problem with this post office is the exorbitant incompetence of the people who work here. You guys suck. read more

Yeah, long lines for such a small post office. But honestly, in defense of the post office in Wedgwood, I have to admit that every freakin' post office I've been in has had a wait. Why? Postal workers are union and don't care how long we wait. And they know we're all secretly scared of them. (You remember why we say "going postal", don't you?) But this place is the creme de le creme of SLOW. And I mean that in a mental way. So, I move into my new apartment in Wedgwood, which I love by the way. And I love Wedgwood. If you don't know where it is, good, because we're hiding from you and apparently doing a good job of it. Anyways, my outgoing mail was not getting picked up from my box. (My mail box that is, you pervs.) I left notes to the postal worker and, after a week, drove my mail down to the post office. I politely asked to speak to a manager and was gruffly pointed in his direction. The desk clerk was rude but the manager was nice enough. As it turns out they do not take mail out of a postal box because, 1. and I quote the manager of the Wedgwood Post Office, "It's hard to tell which mail is outgoing." Yeah, he really said that. And B. They are not required to take outgoing mail out of apartment mailboxes unless there is a specified "outgoing" mailbox. Whatever. My other beef with this post office: two weeks ago yet another piece of mail appeared in my mailbox that was clearly not addressed to me. Dude, it's a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. How many people do you think live here? Anyways, this was a greeting card, so I wrote "Return to Sender" on it and put it back in the box. There it sat, of course, for days. What was I thinking? So, I drove this piece of mail to the post office, as I had to mail a package anyways, and dropped it in the mail. Yup, you guessed it. The next day it was in my mailbox. I drove it back down to the post office, scribbled out my address, leaving only the return address visible and dropped it in there box. Christ. So, two stars for the Wedgwood Post Office because I'm afraid to give you less. Update: That's it, you're down to one star. I mailed two birthday gifts from this post office and paid extra for two day delivery. BOTH packages arrived four days later...that's TWO DAYS LATE. I'm assuming this post office is to blame since the packages were going to separate parts of the country. ONE STAR you #@&*-weeds. I ain't scared. Shoot at me. See if I care. You guys suck! Why must I break the law every time I want to leave the parking lot? There is a no left turn sign that I regularly ignore. I get why it's there, during rush hour no one should be turning left it would take forever to get out... but if I have an opening I'm doing it. I put a vacation hold on my mail and went to pick it up toward the end of the 30 days. They said sorry we don't have any mail and proceeded to tell me that if there are other people in the house who receive mail then my mail will continue to go there, not be held. They don't do individual holds??..well then why do they ask for a name on the form?! Furthermore my mail is not at my house so I have lost a months worth of mail when I trusted it was being collected! I have had mail that has been held by the post office after the specified resume date (and after I picked up what I THOUGHT was all my mail) and I have lost a week's worth of mail after returning from vacation and finding out that the post office did not even have one piece of junk mail for me. Today, I tried to mail an unopened box of software from 1994: Lotus 1-2-3 4.0 DOS on 3.5-inch disks, with manuals. Raja at the Wedgwood lobby counter asked me what Lotus 1-2-3 was. I explained that it was software, which falls under the category above of "Computer-readable media." She asked me what "software" was, and when I tried to explain she accused me of getting angry--even though she was the one heating up. I could see she didn't understand our language or culture, and asked for the supervisor. She came back, said I couldn't mail Lotus 1-2-3 on media rate, tossed the package back to me and waited on the next customer. In other words, she told me to kiss off. I got the package mailed just fine at another post office, media rate. She and whoever she talked to are confused about the difference between "media" rate and "library" rate as I was asked repeatedly as to whether I was mailing to a business. I sent two priority mail pieces from Wedgwood in March and one took 22 days and the other took 34 days to get to downtown Seattle. Really? Everyone else is right. I've lived in several apartments around Seattle and this has been my worst experience with mail so far. We are constantly getting the wrong mail in our box. Today was my final straw with them. A package was supposed to be delivered to my house today and the carrier arrived at apparently 9 AM. It said delivered online. Got home and in my condo mailbox is a "sorry we missed you slip" and I can't understand why. First of all, most carriers just leave our mail there, it's a safe area and no one steals our mail. But, even then, we have a separate package mailbox available where they can leave the key for us to access a larger package so it can safely be picked up. And even if THAT doesn't feel right or the package is too large, carriers will also often just leave the package at our door rather than the mail area. This particular package we got was a smaller one, and the "sorry we missed you" was placed in our condo box... not on our front door. Of course you missed me. I'm not standing at my mailbox waiting for you! lol. I tried to call and tell them what happened, and let them know about the large package mailboxes we have available. Instead, I was rudely cut off by the employee who told me he is basically tired of people "blaming and attacking" the carrier. He wouldn't even let me explain my situation at all, just cut me off and told me "if she doesn't feel safe leaving it then she doesn't leave it" rude. Not to mention, LEAVE IT IM THE LOCKED PACKAGE BOX! Wtf! Rude, won't accept complaints or let issues be resolved or discussed. As someone who has been coming here for years, I think people need to lower their expectations. The clerks are nice and try to get people in and out as fast as possible. Yes, the parking lot is tiny, but if possible park on the street or in the empty lot next door. You'll save yourself a headache and possibly a fender bender. read more

So, I sold a bunch of old Christmas ornaments on line and spent much of the morning carefully packaging them. The box already had postage on it, and I could just have put it in the drop-off, but I really wanted it marked "fragile." So, I got the one clerk's attention (line of people, one clerk station out of three operating) and asked him if he had "fragile" stickers. He said no, but that I could write "fragile" on the box myself. (With what? That big red pen I always don't carry around?) I waited in the line and then another clerk asked if anyone had a package to drop off. Then I remembered that there were "fragile" stamps. I asked to have the package stamped "fragile." The clerk put his hands on several "fragile" stamps but they were all dry except for one (no ink for stamps available I guess) which created half a "fragile" word. This clerk started trying real hard to get the stamp to print, and he was leaning so into the package that the box was deforming and I was afraid he would break what was in the package, so I asked him to stop what he was doing. Then he grabbed another stamp and started stamping away, but it seemed to be a different word. I asked him to show me my package and it had "perishable" stamped on it several times. I explained to him that "fragile" and "perishable" are different words with different meanings, but he didn't seem to care or even know what I was talking about. I got really mad (didn't show it) and asked him to just take the package, and I left. I wish I had taken a picture of it with my phone. This is the stupidest experience I have ever had at a post office. read more

"We deliver--NOT!" Just moved to this neighborhood from 98144. I had THE BEST mail carrier in my 'hood. I MISS HIM SO MUCH! I got to consider him a friend--don't expect that here :( We built a new home & the carrier came by & told us that we needed to have the mailbox location "approved" & gave us the number to call. We got on it early. Our contractor called. NO RESPONSE. I run into same mail carrier & tell him this & he says "Well, best to go in & talk to someone"--ok, so now we're trying to move in & line is out the door--like REALLY out the door. I give up-install my box where I want it. Mail is delivered spottily & to incorrect street the first few days, & then today a notice that the box must be at the street--lazy, lazy, lazy. I called the number on the form (for questions) they delivered & it's the wrong number. I took really good care of my previous carrier--this one shouldn't expect the holiday tip - that's for sure. I am so tired of dealing with their rude attitude at this PO. I can wait in line, as this seems to be the case most times, but I don't need to deal with their disrespectful attitudes. It costs a fortune to mail things these days and all we here about is how USPS is in debt. I recently went to mail a large envelope to NY and they said $12.75 Priority Mail. I said I don't need Priority just regular and he rudely said then it's $12.25. How can this be? A 50 cent difference between mail getting there in 2 days versus a week. I took it to UPS and it was $9.75. I now take my packages to UPS (UVillage) -- even if at times it costs more though sometimes it's less -- they are always helpful and friendly. Awful post office. Drive or bus or bike a little farther away and choose a better one. This post office has messed up my shipments several times. The clerks often forget to ask if I want something like tracking and just assume I don't. And when a shipment got screwed up -- a Priority Mail shipment that took a week during the off-season and got accidentally routed to the wrong part of the country -- the manager refused to refund the extra I spent on Priority, even though he had the authority to do so. If the customer service practices of this post office are a microcosm of those at the larger USPS level, it's no wonder people are flocking away from USPS in droves. It's a shame; I believe in the postal system and want it to thrive. But not at the expense of nearly every package I've tried to send or receive in the last year. read more

It's the post office. It is what it is. Long lines, rude clerks, etc. The machine that supposedly weighs your package and puts postage on it screwed me over. So that's an issue. But you really don't have a choice, so no point in complaining. read more

I have refrained from writing on this for several years. Today I was waiting in line while the only window open chatted needlessly with the customer 2 ahead of me...in that time quite a line developed behind me Then as she finished the one ahead of me she closed her station and says I have to go to the next window...with a very who cares attitude. I am a caregiver for an elderly mom I do not have 20 min to wait in line. When I was helped the man asked me where the package was going which the preprinted label was not clear. When I said china he hands me a customs form he expected me to fill in right then...would not ring my card and the postage. I explained I did not bring my glasses. He did not call anyone to help me...I moved aside assuming I would have to wait in line again...I burst into tears. Put my card back and left. This post office, as well as others, do nothing to go the mile. People tell me they are underpaid and pressed. I quit my job to take care of my mom and just lost my part time one...speaking of low pay. I am not sure when I will go back, I probably will not. They lost that sale, so don't tell me they are failing financially. There is a reason for that. Customers are valuable...you need to tweak this. . read more

Neither the front desk clerks nor their manager can recognize a Form 3533 given by USPS International Research for use in recovering postage due to a lost package. Like, read the form. Idiots. read more

When I lived in Ballard I would get mail daily, now that I have moved to West Seattle I get my mail once every 7 days at best. This post office has already "lost" my Netflix movie I returned and I have a secured lock box and I have gotten multiple complaints that mail was returned undeliverable since my address isn't valid...WTF...this post office sucks. The lady at the counter is also completely useless and can barely speak English and everything is slang..."Girrrrlll please" is what she told one lady and "I already ask't you once" to another person in line. How professional is this, I really hope they close this place down. read more
