Generally I just drop off packages but they are always very helpful and friendly when I need to buy postage or have a question.

The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.

And bringing something to the post office to send out is one of them. When I had my son return an item via mail he took it to this location. Upon his arrival he was met with an employee (named Soo) who was on her phone. Being that this was my son's first time at the post office, he brought his item to the counter where the employee rudely told him he needed to tape the box as it wasn't secured already. He did just that and came back to the counter where Soo abruptly told him he needed to write down on a piece of paper the "to" and from". He went back to the other counter, wrote down the "to" and "from" on a paper just as he was told to and came back to the counter where Soo was. Mind you, the office was not busy and there was no line. He was met with more rude responses from Soo: "did you not write down the to and from? It needs to go here! You need to cut it in half and tape it here! Do you have more tape? Never mind! I'll do it myself!" Basically it comes down to this: Be nice to others. What ever happened to customer service? What ever happened to helping others and treating them kindly? Sure, this was my 17 year old's first time at going to the Post Office but like I've always told him, there are many ways to say something. Your tone of voice, your attitude and your countenance says a lot. Soo - it is clear you do not like your job. Maybe you are having a bad day, month or year. Don't take it out on customers, especially someone you might think you can have your way with just because they are younger than you. My son was kind, didn't talk back to (which he clearly could have) but he was respectful and did everything you said. But your poor and unprofessional attitude is a reflection of the United States Postal Service. Shame on you for taking out your frustrations and poor attitude on my son. Ending note: if you need to go to the post office, choose another location. Do not go here.

Then he asked for the order number which I did not have as I ordered on Canva. Old glasses guy started yelling at me rather than helping for no reason, he did not want to help me and started servicing the other client besides me. I told him to chill out, I'm a client he is an employee don't give me this attitude. Today I visited your FedEx Office location to pick up an order under my name. I walked in, gave my ID, and started giving my order number. The employee kept asking me for the number even though he had already been holding my ID for about two minutes. The email from Canva clearly states: "1. Tell a storeperson you're collecting a Canva order. 2. Bring this email as proof of purchase. 3. Orders are held for 30 days." I showed the email, but instead of helping me, the glasses guy gave me attitude and started raising his voice, getting nervous and impatient. I told him calmly to chill out -- I'm the customer, and his job is to help, not scold people. Then another employee, Casey, jumped in and immediately became verbally aggressive. He raised his voice, put his hands up in front of me, and escalated the situation for no reason. It got to a point where I felt the need to start recording just to protect myself. As soon as I started filming, Casey said he wouldn't give me my order while I was recording and went to the back of the store. I kept asking for the manager's name, number, and for my order so I could leave. After I stopped recording, Casey finally came back out, asked for my name, and handed me the order. Turns out the order was already under my name and didn't require any number at all -- meaning I was yelled at by two employees for absolutely no reason. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unnecessary. I'm requesting that this incident be reviewed, and I would like the store manager or district manager to contact me regarding appropriate action so situations like this don't happen to other customers.

It was an exceptionally good idea. I no longer worry about whether my packages or mail will be there when I get home, nor due I have to worry about putting holds on deliveries while I'm out-of-town. The staff at Park Postal takes care of it all. If I'm gone for an extended trip, they'll even package up my mail and send it to me wherever I might be. I have shipped packages through them less often, but have found them to be courteous and efficient when I do so. As part of having a mailbox at the facility, I also get a couple of dozen free copies a month, which I use sporadically, but still enough to make it a nice added benefit. Also, and I think this is really important: the staff is always friendly and courteous, including the owner Chris. They usually greet me by name, and if I have packages being held, they'll usually go back and get them unprompted. Great customer service!! If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Note: this is not reviewing their shipping services…read more I had driven past Sip and Ship sites for years, Ballard now shuttered, and Greenwood remained open. However, their 2/25/26 IG post caught my attention with regards of their version of Cafe Besalu's ginger biscuit. Direct quote: "reimagined by our talented baker Emma in our little bakery corner. She's perfected the texture, warmth, and that signature ginger sparkle." Some background info: Cafe Besalu was a beloved pastry shop in Ballard from 2000 - 2017. When the original owner and his family moved to Spain, the shop was sold to Herkimer Coffee, which then later closed the site permanently in 2023. Their 3/2/26 IG post literally got me in my car..."Flaky. Buttery. Perfectly spiced with that subtle ginger warmth that makes you pause mid-bite. This isn't just a cookie. It's a little Ballard classic - now freshly baked, ready, and waiting for you." I was able to get a parking spot close to the shop, never been until that morning. I was literally floored that this indeed had shipping and retail areas, but also an actual cafe with onsite seating - cafe tables and a window facing counter. But oh my what stopped me in my tracks was seeing the pastry case. I haven't seen such a lovely display in awhile. It seems most places, product are stacked, messy display case trays full of crumbs and pastries askew. Clearly head baker, Emma, takes full pride with the variety of baked goods nicely curated. I was told that the ginger biscuits were just pulled from the oven an hour ago. I purchased two of them and also one each of the peanut butter cookie and ginger molasses cookie. Heavenly scents permeated my car as I drove back north. The ginger biscuit had a nice tender, moist crumb. The Homie savored this the same day and brought him back to his childhood. I ate mine the next day and it was superb. Perfect distribution of the candied ginger warmth and that notable bejeweled top texture. Delicious! The ginger molasses cookie had that perfect balance of crisp edges and moist chew. The sugar exterior literally sparkled when I photographed it while on a road trip stop. The peanut butter cookie was ginormous and was very delicate. It had broken into five pieces. It was relatively thin, had a sandy texture, and subtle peanut butter flavor. The Phinney Ridge - Greenwood - Ballard neighborhoods has quite a collection of indie cafes and bakeshops. I'll have to say that Sip & Ship in Greenwood provided that gotcha moment with their high quality, fresh baked goods. Note to self - they have shipping and notary services too. But those baked goods....definitely, I'll be back!

I went there for notary services and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Very nice people…read more Stopped to browse all the cute stuff they had.
