After having such wretched experiences in Lynnwood and Belltown, we were apprehensive about a new post office and how their quirks would affect our mail delivery. However, we have been quite pleased with this local post office. They have been communicative regarding parcel delivery and pick up, and they are super helpful if you need to go inside. I will note, though, that the inside of the building is quite small. The counter can only accommodate one customer at a time, and they do not have the standard selection of mailers and cards that can be found at other post office locations. Keeping those realities in mind, I would not trade this location! They have wonderful employees and really focus on customer service.

As far as a USPS goes, this is as good as it gets, friendly (as time permits these are very busy…read morepeople you know) helpful and will pick up packages at your doorstep with less than one days notice if at all possible if you just give them a phone call, will help you get the lowest shipping prices possible, and there are always some nice nature photographs to look at in the office, Kudos to a well run friendly post office, the lines are not that bad either compared to other post offices. I go out of my way to do business with "this" post office if I can.

It's got like an old 1950/60's décor feel. It's a beautiful large structure that basically takes up most of the corner block. It kind of reminds me of a New York style police station, which might be a bad or good comparison however you may look at it. There are quite a few steps to get inside and I don't remember a wheel chair ramp being available. Don't quote me on this because it's a post office so there is probably handicapped accessibility on the other side of the building. A wonderfully built building. The people inside are just a nice. Probably the nicest I've seen in a post office but I don't hate on post offices. They provide such a service especially since so many people don't really use paper mail anymore if they don't have to due to technology. Oh! There is parking galore as well.

This is a typical post office, nothing out of the ordinary. I've seen a lot of turnover on the customer facing side of the business. Most have provided quality service. Long-term employees, like Wade and others, have been constantly helpful over the years. What I don't like is that they don't have a service to deliver the larger packages at your home. They don't even attempt, and all they do is leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. And then I have to go to the post office to pick up the packages. I wish that companies like Amazon, Walmart, and others that deliver would not go through the post office but just us UPS all the time instead. It's especially hard to have packages. Go to the post office on a Friday, and I can't get to pick them up until the following Monday because it shortens the life of perishable item. I appreciated that one time I needed help getting a large box to my car, and Wade carried it out for me. It gets a three because it's a post office. I don't use the post office very often because I fully live in our digital world and never need stamps, which, by the way, are ridiculously expensive now.

Honestly, since there are a lot of older folks that live in this town, I assume they don't want to drive their Lincolns to the next town to get their mail. It's not really that far from the next town but this office is still a gem and is very useful to the town's residents. It was actually pretty busy when I went. It was near Thanksgiving so that might explain it, or maybe since it was snow and ice people didn't have anything else better to do than go to the post office. This office is really small and everyone seems to know each other so it has that small town friendliness that you would assume would be present.
