With two toddlers in tow and a package that desperately needed mailing that day, I was frustrated to find that I ended up there the one hour they were closed. However, the employee on duty let us in anyway and mailed my package and even gave my kids bubbles as parting gifts! We spent an hour in the parking lot blowing bubbles in the wind. Super fun field trip to the little post office!

They said I need to get the last 4 after the zip code. Zip code isn't enough and they wouldn't budge to help look it up. They both told me is my lost and ask your friend on deployment for that information. They both didn't want to help me and everything was filled out correctly. It's not the first time I mail packages out to the military. They refused to help me. They did t took my package either to try.

My experiences with this post office for the last 3 years has been great, however in the last week…read moreI have had 2 packages unable to deliver due to driveway/porch in assessable, my driveway and porch are wide open! I also have driveway cameras that sense motion, and no motion was detected at the time stated. The 1st package was re-delivered the following day into my mailbox. If it fit in my mailbox it shouldn't have been a driveway issue the day before. The package delivered yesterday was delivered to my neighbor across the street. You would think that a postal carrier, or even a 12 year old would know that even addresses are on one side of the street and odd numbered addresses are on the opposite side! PS like all the other attempts to call the post office directly produces ring after ring with no one ever answering the phone. They will get a visit from me personally tomorrow. I surmise that either the carrier heads back to the post office early and uses this excuse, or he is looking at the wrong house. He must be new because I have never had this problem the entire time I have lived here.

The people who work here are friends to all of their neighbors and go above and beyond to help. It feels like a Hallmark movie having an experience like this in a small town. It really means a lot to me, as it does to the members of our small community. Thank you to the Greenbank USPS for making one of our ordinary daily tasks in life....an extraordinary experience!

There really isn't a parking lot, so you kind if have to get in a get out. But it's a cute office with just enough space for the community of Greenbank. The ladies at the PO in Sequim, though, while not the quickest, are by far the most friendly and competent postal workers I have come across in a long time. I was actually able to call and speak to an employee. Yes, ON THE PHONE. I did not wait 4 hours on hold (remember when businesses used to actually answer the phone?!). They were quick and amazing in advising me on a delivery issue I was having (long story short, someone was running a fake tracking number scam). The ladies I spoke with were so helpful, and so amazing that I wanted to make sure and leave them a good review. As someone with a home here, I have not had an issue with the postal delivery here AT ALL, which is friggin' amazing. Thank you, Sequim postal employees!

I have no gripe with the folks at the counter, they do their best working for a completely broken system. Lost packages, told mail was not being held when in fact it was/ for months! I will go out of my way NOT to use them for paying bills because they cannot deliver by due dates. Just another example of a government run organization. Very sad for the taxpayer and the USPS employees.

This town is so so small and I'm surprised that it actually has a post office nestled amongst the…read moreother shops in what appears to be the main strip of Port Ludlow. Honestly, since there are a lot of older folks that live in this town, I assume they don't want to drive their Lincolns to the next town to get their mail. It's not really that far from the next town but this office is still a gem and is very useful to the town's residents. It was actually pretty busy when I went. It was near Thanksgiving so that might explain it, or maybe since it was snow and ice people didn't have anything else better to do than go to the post office. This office is really small and everyone seems to know each other so it has that small town friendliness that you would assume would be present.
