If you're returning something to Amazon, they just zap your QR code, take the package, and you're done. It's frustrating, though, when that's all you have to do and you're in a long line behind people who are taking a lot longer. I guess they're probably understaffed like everybody, but it would be nice if they had a kind of quick checkout for people who literally only need to take a few seconds.

The shop was larger than I expected, looked new and I was pleasantly surprised by all the cute cards, fun lil gifts and local bric a brac. When I shipped this package from FedEx in Port Angeles, the charges were $89.68. When I shipped the same package back home the cost was $25.99. Why the discrepancy in Price? The FedEx agent in Port Angeles took the package and shipped it but made no suggestions about lower shipping rates nor did they ask me how quickly I needed the package to arrive in Hawaii.. When I shipped the package back from Honolulu, the FedEx agent suggested 2nd day air so the fee was only $25.99. Next time I;m going to see what Brown can do for me.

I chose the Silverdale location versus the Bremerton/Tracyton one due to its extended hours and business day availability (8/12/26). I was actually able to call and speak to an employee. Yes, ON THE PHONE. I did not wait 4 hours on hold (remember when businesses used to actually answer the phone?!). They were quick and amazing in advising me on a delivery issue I was having (long story short, someone was running a fake tracking number scam). The ladies I spoke with were so helpful, and so amazing that I wanted to make sure and leave them a good review.
