No Purple Promise here. I shipped a package of items to Hawaii that wouldn't fit in myu carry on. At the conclusion of the trip I shipped the same package back home. When I shipped this package from FedEx in Port Angeles, the charges were $89.68. When I shipped the same package back home the cost was $25.99. Why the discrepancy in Price? The FedEx agent in Port Angeles took the package and shipped it but made no suggestions about lower shipping rates nor did they ask me how quickly I needed the package to arrive in Hawaii.. When I shipped the package back from Honolulu, the FedEx agent suggested 2nd day air so the fee was only $25.99. Next time I;m going to see what Brown can do for me. read more

Port Angeles Fedex is absolutely THE worst! You can't call them directly, support calls take 15 minutes! They did NOT deliver my package, but instead chose to say customer was not home (I took a personal day off JUST to get my package!). Their only excuse was that the driver was 2 minutes away going back to the warehouse and didn't want to turn around to DO HIS JOB! Their fix it? You'll get your package on Monday! (This was a Friday).. so I get to wait! Lucky me! Use UPS or USPS, at least those guys are dedicated! read more

I have been going there for months to retrieve my packages. They are helpful, cheerful, efficient, and clean. While we do not have a local number to call, when I call the 800 number they quickly get me the answer I need or transfer me to the local office ASAP. I would recommend using this service any time needed. read more

Port Angeles FedEx has failed me three times in a row. Firstly, the driver could not find my address. As a result, he decided to place a delivery attempt slip on a forest service gate over a mile from my home. If not for my neighbor taking his morning walk, the slip would never have been found. I called and complained and was told a note would be added to my account to prevent delivery mistakes. Secondly, expecting an important set of closing documents, I stayed home and left my gate open. The package was not brought to the house and was left on the ground by the gate. I called again and was told the same thing. Thirdly, expecting some musical instruments on a Wednesday, they were delivered a day early and left by the gate in the rain. No plastic bag was used. This time I did not call. I am done with FedEx. read more

As of Dec 13th, 2021, every single delivery Fed Ex has marked as "Delivered, left at front door or on porch" never arrived. I am absolutely livid! FOUR deliveries never arrived, are marked as "Out For Delivery" and as delivered. No, they were not stolen from my home as I am home 24/7 and see the truck go up and down my street daily, but does not stop at my house. I have contacted Fed Ex and they have no further info. I have to go online and submit claims for all four delivery failures which takes up my time, and I have to contact all the vendors, my money is spent, shipping paid for and Fed Ex has a big problem because if all these packages were tracked to the point they were out for delivery and marked as delivered...SOMEONE IS LYING!!! Even though I can get refunds or whatever, what's the point of placing orders again or ordering anything every if it will not get delivered. FED EX is the WORST! The first rep I spoke to there, hung up on me. She told me to go online and submit claims and hung up. WHY? I would do that for ONE missing package, NOT FOUR! IDIOTS! There is clearly a problem with their service and they are too lazy to even look into it. BOOOOO! Now, if I order anything online I have to call the vendor to order to request they NOT send by FED EX because it will be claimed to be delivered, but will not get here. It's going on 2022, how screwed up can delivering a package get? And why are they all marked as delivered and were not? And if I have to make four claims and follow through on refunds, I will send FED EX an invoice for my time of correcting all their errors. Horrible! read more

Totally agree with the other reviewers. FedEx, as a company, is pretty good. But FedEx in Port Angeles leaves much to be desired. We have lived here for 15 years now. Our early experiences with FedEx port Angeles were so bad that for years I would PAY EXTRA to use other shipping services. Every now and then we try them again, and every time they disappoint. It really is unfortunate, because where we moved from in CA FedEx ruled. Always on time, always courteous, always faster than any other shipping option. They just don't seem to care about us out here in the boondocks. read more

been waiting all day for my shipment to show-up its now 10:30 pm and no-one to get ahold of went online to run tracking number again all it says is in transit i have two more packages coming in this week supposedly after that i'm done with fedex at least with ups your stuff shows up when they say it will this is mt first and last time using fedex save yourself the headaches and never use fedex they don't care about customer service use usps or ups they work to please their customers read more
