Anywho Stephen was just great about it, I emailed over the picture, he manipulated it to the specifications I asked for within an hour, he called me and said "you can pick it up anytime before 5 p.m."  I ended up going in today and asking him to print the picture in a different way and different size and he was just so gracious and so professional and so helpful,  I just don't have the words.
