I have been collecting all my UPS packages here for the past few months (about 5-7 so far), and the people there have been courteous and helpful. I'm still not a fan of paying to pick a package (which I probably already paid shipping on), hence the 4 stars, but it's better than having 3 attempts to deliver to my impenetrable apartment building, then drive out to West Bumble**** to go get it. But can't there be some sort of "frequent flyer" plan or something? You know, points for every package I pick up or send from a UPS store? I know I'm going to have to do this in the future when I move to NYC, so I'd really like UPS to show their customers some love (since the MyUPS feature on the website is buggy and useless). Oh well.

I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I had at the FedEx Office location at 2423 W Division St, St. Cloud, MN regarding a recent print order for business cards. I visited the store to pick up business cards for my nonprofit organization, Soul Sisterhood, and paid approximately $140 in cash for the order. When I received the cards, the quality was extremely poor and did not match what I requested or paid for. The cards were printed on paper that felt very thin and unprofessional, not the heavier cardstock that I was told would be used. Some of the cards were also damaged. When I calmly asked about the issue and requested a refund or correction, the manager became confrontational. Instead of assisting me in resolving the problem, she threatened to call the police on me while I was simply requesting a refund for a product that did not meet the quality I paid for. During this interaction, the manager made a comment that was extremely offensive and inappropriate. She stated, "You people always want something for free." This statement was humiliating and discriminatory, especially in front of other customers in the store. As a customer and a nonprofit founder, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I believe this situation was handled very poorly, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I am requesting that FedEx Office: 1. Conduct a review of this incident and the employee's conduct. 2. Address the discriminatory comment that was made. 3. Ensure that customers are treated fairly and respectfully in your stores. The employees are really friendly and they got me in and out, quickly. If you need stamps, a P.O. Box, ship packages off and etc, you're at the right place. I was to have 8 pieces of mail delivered yesterday and 3 pieces today. I saw the mail truck stop in front of my mailbox this morning, but he did not leave any mail and failed to pick up the two outgoing envelopes. I had the flag up. No one answers the phone. I made a round-trip reservation to shuttle my mom from north central Iowa to the Des Moines airport. As it turned out, there was a winter storm and I had to re-schedule to work around flight cancellations, etc. The women who answered the Executive Express reservation line were helpful and accommodating. Even after-hours on a Saturday when I had to make one final schedule change the phone line provided an option to reach a manager who notified the driver that Mom's return flight to Des Moines had been delayed. After her flight landed she was able to easily locate the Executive Express desk near the rental car desks / baggage claim and the driver met her there. She said the drivers were friendly and helpful. Despite the bad weather Executive Express provided great service. The price was not unreasonable compared with gas and parking for a round-trip to Des Moines and the peace of mind of not having to drive was worth it.

Do not trust this company to ship anything and absolutely don't use Paypal with them. If something…read moregoes wrong (such a lost guitar during shipping in my case) they will hold your funds hostage. Use a more trustworthy company like Sweetwater, or hell, even Amazon as they stand behind their shipping and returns. Maybe they are fine in person, but never order on web.
