It was very reasonable priced, was of highest quality and presentation, AND most importantly, resulted in numerous renewals (many not having renewed in 3-9 years) and NEW memberships in the assn. Since I usually do, I appreciate having someone there to guide me to exactly what I'm looking for verses me taking 20 minutes combing through the aisles and missing the very thing I'm trying to find. This is helpful and I appreciate it. This store is always clean and neat. I appreciate that too. I wish that they had other everyday items that I frequently need. It would eliminate me from having to go to multiple stores. They do have one aisle that carries some cleaning supplies, etc., but I'd like to see that expanded slightly for those who are purchasing products for the office.

Not terribly impressed…read more I visited Office Depot to have programs printed for my wedding. They were the least expensive place in town, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. However, when I dropped off my copy in the morning, I was told they had a bit of a rush so it would take maybe 30 minutes. I had an appointment in Minneapolis to get to, so I said I'd stop back on my way home that evening. She said she'd call if there were any issues, but she expected it would all go smoothly and assured me the programs would be ready on my return. When I returned, however, 5 hours later the programs hadn't even been started! The person working had no explanation other than "it was a mistake." I was beyond frustrated! He said he'd print them really quickly while I waited. When he handed the stack of programs to me, the programs were off-center, I was offered no apology or discount, and I had to request a bag or box so the programs wouldn't be damaged or fly away when I walked out of the store. Yeesh! A little customer service, please?

Doug and Kolby are great people, I called Doug at We Haul For You, to fix what Unique Movers…read morecouldn't do. Kolby and his crew showed up on time, rearranged my 26 foot Uhaul that had been loaded badly already (moving to Alaska from MN). Got everything nice and snug, and then loaded what I needed from my apt and garage with a little room to spare. Kolby and his young crew were very respectful and moved things quickly, asking me along the way what should be loaded or not. My stuff was complicated. Got it done in a minimal amount of time too. The following day, I went to uhaul to pick up a car hauler, only to find out that they could only hook the trailer to the truck and help to load my vehicle, but they couldn't strap my vehicle to the trailer. Also the trailer didn't have straps, it was a toy hauler. I am a senior women, I don't know how to do this. After calling a friend for suggestions, and a tow company that couldn't do it, I called Doug. They were just finishing a moving job, he said they'd be there in about 30 minutes. And they were. Doug went with me into the uhaul store and picked out the straps I needed, and he and Kolby got my Jeep all strapped down. Even checked that the trailer was on the truck hitch correctly. They saved me twice, I am so thankful, I was finally able to get on the road. If you need movers, call Doug. Doug and Kolby are wonderful, and they will calmly, quickly and respectfully get your move done.

Ben and Vern were my two movers, and they were super strong, kind, quick, efficient, professional and had everything packed up in an hour! Once we got to the new place, they unloaded in the same amount of time, and helped me lay out the rug in the bedroom too! They took super good care of my stuff, no damages at all, and were encouraging each other throughout the process and it was great to see their teamwork! I am super appreciative of Doug, Ben and Vern for their help with my move! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, guys!
