Bonnie's has been doing my letterhead and envelope printing for years now. Prices are comparable and service has been good.

Whether it's OfficeMax or Office Depot (both the same company now), one aspect I really like about…read moretheir store is that as soon as I walk in, there's someone there waiting on me, asking me if I need help finding anything. Since I usually do, I appreciate having someone there to guide me to exactly what I'm looking for verses me taking 20 minutes combing through the aisles and missing the very thing I'm trying to find. This is helpful and I appreciate it. This store is always clean and neat. I appreciate that too. I wish that they had other everyday items that I frequently need. It would eliminate me from having to go to multiple stores. They do have one aisle that carries some cleaning supplies, etc., but I'd like to see that expanded slightly for those who are purchasing products for the office.

Not terribly impressed…read more I visited Office Depot to have programs printed for my wedding. They were the least expensive place in town, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. However, when I dropped off my copy in the morning, I was told they had a bit of a rush so it would take maybe 30 minutes. I had an appointment in Minneapolis to get to, so I said I'd stop back on my way home that evening. She said she'd call if there were any issues, but she expected it would all go smoothly and assured me the programs would be ready on my return. When I returned, however, 5 hours later the programs hadn't even been started! The person working had no explanation other than "it was a mistake." I was beyond frustrated! He said he'd print them really quickly while I waited. When he handed the stack of programs to me, the programs were off-center, I was offered no apology or discount, and I had to request a bag or box so the programs wouldn't be damaged or fly away when I walked out of the store. Yeesh! A little customer service, please?

To Whom It May Concern,…read more My name is Shaontay Tyson. I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I had at the FedEx Office location at 2423 W Division St, St. Cloud, MN regarding a recent print order for business cards. I visited the store to pick up business cards for my nonprofit organization, Soul Sisterhood, and paid approximately $140 in cash for the order. When I received the cards, the quality was extremely poor and did not match what I requested or paid for. The cards were printed on paper that felt very thin and unprofessional, not the heavier cardstock that I was told would be used. Some of the cards were also damaged. When I calmly asked about the issue and requested a refund or correction, the manager became confrontational. Instead of assisting me in resolving the problem, she threatened to call the police on me while I was simply requesting a refund for a product that did not meet the quality I paid for. During this interaction, the manager made a comment that was extremely offensive and inappropriate. She stated, "You people always want something for free." This statement was humiliating and discriminatory, especially in front of other customers in the store. As a customer and a nonprofit founder, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I believe this situation was handled very poorly, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I am requesting that FedEx Office: 1. Conduct a review of this incident and the employee's conduct. 2. Address the discriminatory comment that was made. 3. Ensure that customers are treated fairly and respectfully in your stores. I would appreciate follow-up from a corporate representative regarding this matter. Sincerely, Shaontay Tyson Founder, Soul Sisterhood soulsister@soulsisterhood25.com
