She consistently checked in on me while I waited for things to wash and dry. To wash a weighted blanket (15lbs), 2 large blankets, a half size blanket and 8 curtain panels, it cost $19. Which I consider worth it considering I was able to wash and dry all with in an hour. Compared to how long it would have taken had I washed in my apartment building. I decided to write this review because of the wonderful lady who helped me, and I hope that she gets a much needed raise for her work!

I had my diamond for several months and just couldn't pull the trigger on any mountings. Jean was extraordinarily friendly and enthusiastic about setting my stone. We talked diamonds for a while and then I met with Jacob, the jeweler on duty, and he said they did not have a ring with a head large enough to fit my stone. I had visited several other jewelry stores that day and was expecting him to tell me what they all told me: we can order a mount in for you and have it done in a week or two. Instead, he went to the jewelry case and pulled out a similar sized diamond that was set in a solitaire and said they could use that mount. I was surprised and amazed that they'd go that far when no one else had offered. He said he'd have it set by 6pm and called me at 4:15pm to tell me it was done, which was only a little more than an hour after I dropped it off! Amazing. Thank you to Jacob and Jean for making it such a pleasurable and easy process! I'll definitely be visiting you again.

They have always done it with a smile. Today, the fat guy who met me at the door, said they don't do handle Zagg screen covers anymore but Verizon on division does. All actual Verizon stores carry them, which means this knockoff is Verizon only in name not a real Verizon store The guy told me he would charge me $20 to put my screen cover on or I could buy one of there's. I am a Verizon customer I shouldn't be charged for putting on a screen cover and never have been. It literally take 5 minutes and no energy and if you want to keep long term customers you don't try and rip them off. Stay away from this place, it's a scam and they are a knockoff Verizon.

Craig is professional, provides timely and accurate service, gives great suggestions and has the customer's best interest in everything that he does. He provided three different design layouts, without me asking him to do this, and he explained all of the print options in detail so that I knew exactly what the final product would look like. I needed the gift to be shipped out rather quickly, and Craig offered to stop by his local UPS store after he got off of work, so that the gift could be shipped that day, rather than the following day.
