Terrible service. Went in for a simple transfer of data. Of course it got done on time but I've been longing to get my stuff back so I can use it again but it's been two months of being brushed off like the work hasn't been done -- so if the works been done I haven't gotten my stuff then I question this whole store as a whole. I still haven't gotten my stuff and the owner has been outta town this whole time so whoever covering for him (Chris) isn't doing much of a job being there and it's clear the good service of this store is flawed by popular belief. Not Apple Certified. They were not knowledgeable, and their service was well below average. I would strongly recommend you do business elsewhere, especially for Apple related products. I searched around for someone to help me with my labtop is. I had a pop up warning on my laptop it said to call Microsoft right away because i had a virus so i did it was a scam they were not from Microsoft it felt real i gave them remote access to my computer and wanted a credit card and have a enough money so i said i would call them back my phone kept blowing up from all sorts of numbers and my labtop ran extremely slow. i realize that was the root of all my problems God only knows what they all did. but my computer became corrupted was crupted every time i powered on it said reinstalling windows. i checked out everywhere for someone to fix it they were asking to much and weren't really help i was just gonna pawn it but on my way to pawn shop i seen the sign for computer brainz i stopped in they guy was extremely helpful and he knew exactly what was wrong in like 5 min after looking at my labtop he gave me lots of knowledge about the scams and everything even a packet i then asked him to fix it the price was fair and the guy was genuine unlike all the other assholes i talked to that were only after a paycheck and waiting for there shift to be over they were very unapproachable.. i highly recommend this shop to any one facing electronic issues. read more

We needed to get a laptop screen fast replaced, since my daughter needed it for college. The place we purchased it from was askingg too much for the repairs. After calling around, we decided to call a local repair store, which one then told us to contact Computer Brainz because they have the parts. So again on the phone we were assured ' pretty sure to have that screen!' We rushed to Saint Cloud. The owner looked at the screen and said to be back in an hour. It sounds just what we wanted to hear. We went in a Arbys nearby, had a bite and where back in 20 min. Outside the window are all kind of signs, about their speciality are screens for cellphones and computers. Inside we were told, that they didnt have the screen after all and it will take 3 to 4 days to order it! Duh!! But he knew that the screen cost 100.- plus 88 for the rest! We paid in advance. If it would really be replaced as he said on the phone, I would have given it 4 stars. They need to keep their inventory updated! read more

WOW I couldn't believe the excellent service he gave! He fixed my computer perfectly, but I have no computer BRAINS so, i could not get it going!
