They got confused about where we were supposed to park for location shots so the entire party was forced to walk a half mile in 90 degree weather and heels. Their pictures are unoriginal and poorly shot. There were hardly any photos taken of family, notably there were no photos taken of the grooms mothers long term partner. Pictures are poorly touched up. The one great thing to take away from the experience is that I know not to hire them for my wedding.
