He gave us a bogus hand written receipt (no actual receipts were sent) that came to $3,000. He sent us back a check for $500. He said that blueprints from Keenen Architecture cost $1,700 and electrical and a gas line all came to $3,000. He took on a big job instead of starting ours first and kept all of our money and couldn't even have the decency to send us the actual receipts for our job.
