I profusely apologized and offered to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't hear of it because "That's not how he does business." We have a small 3 bedroom house and they charged us $15000. The workmanship seems poor like they rushed it. The refrigerant lines running into the house to the evaporator coil, run down into the middle of the utility room, then over to the duct work around chest height. Effectively cutting off the usefulness for our storage area behind them. They installed the condensate drain line so it runs across the floor to a drain on the other side of the room, when a drain was available next to the furnace. This unsecured PVC pipe now creates a tripping hazard, not to mention an obstacle to rolling heavy objects that we have stored behind it. I would not recommend this company.
