The line wasn't busy, it's that no one ever bothered to PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, someone just hung up without answering. I was to have 8 pieces of mail delivered yesterday and 3 pieces today. I saw the mail truck stop in front of my mailbox this morning, but he did not leave any mail and failed to pick up the two outgoing envelopes. I had the flag up. No one answers the phone. I tried three times and it rang, and rang, and rang and then someone just hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service from the USPS!!!!!!!!

About a year ago the head lady retired and the one to replace her is not nice. I try not to go to her for service but sometimes it's unavoidable but after last week I will not ever go back in there again for her if I have to stand and wait in line for someone else or go to a different location and this is not the first time that I've had a bad experience with her. She's very condescending she's rude. She treats you like a piece of dirt. I ship a lot to my family that is stationed in the military F PO Box. She doesn't know what she's doing. I can fill out those forms better than her. I always come prepared with the custom filled out. She even not too long ago lost a very important piece for my son's car Because she filled out the form wrong. It was lost for several months before it finally came back to me and I had to resend it. I continued to go back whenever I needed to send something, but after my experience with her this week, I left and went to one of the locations in Waite Park, which is not convenient, but the people are very nice as, long as she's there, I will not go back if it means I have to step aside and wait for the next clerk to be free. She definitely needs some customer service training.. and if it was because of the holiday, I would give her a break. OK you're busy but she's like that all the time she snaps I asked if I had to sign something which I've always had to do. No, you don't have to. oh OK well, I've always well you don't have to again very rude. I'll avoid going there at all cost if she's the only one I can see. I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I had at the FedEx Office location at 2423 W Division St, St. Cloud, MN regarding a recent print order for business cards. I visited the store to pick up business cards for my nonprofit organization, Soul Sisterhood, and paid approximately $140 in cash for the order. When I received the cards, the quality was extremely poor and did not match what I requested or paid for. The cards were printed on paper that felt very thin and unprofessional, not the heavier cardstock that I was told would be used. Some of the cards were also damaged. When I calmly asked about the issue and requested a refund or correction, the manager became confrontational. Instead of assisting me in resolving the problem, she threatened to call the police on me while I was simply requesting a refund for a product that did not meet the quality I paid for. During this interaction, the manager made a comment that was extremely offensive and inappropriate. She stated, "You people always want something for free." This statement was humiliating and discriminatory, especially in front of other customers in the store. As a customer and a nonprofit founder, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I believe this situation was handled very poorly, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I am requesting that FedEx Office: 1. Conduct a review of this incident and the employee's conduct. 2. Address the discriminatory comment that was made. 3. Ensure that customers are treated fairly and respectfully in your stores. It was supposed to be a XXL, but sizing was extremely too small. The fit was more like a size Large and the quality of the material is so thin and . I's 100% cotton so I'm sure it will shrink more when laundered. Out of curiosity, I measured a shirt that I already own of the SAME brand in the SAME size (XXL) and it measured 27 inches across the front. Their shirt was three inches narrower for a total of 6 inches less room. I asked for a refund and was refused. This is NOT the way a reputably company does business.

Doug and Kolby are great people, I called Doug at We Haul For You, to fix what Unique Movers…read morecouldn't do. Kolby and his crew showed up on time, rearranged my 26 foot Uhaul that had been loaded badly already (moving to Alaska from MN). Got everything nice and snug, and then loaded what I needed from my apt and garage with a little room to spare. Kolby and his young crew were very respectful and moved things quickly, asking me along the way what should be loaded or not. My stuff was complicated. Got it done in a minimal amount of time too. The following day, I went to uhaul to pick up a car hauler, only to find out that they could only hook the trailer to the truck and help to load my vehicle, but they couldn't strap my vehicle to the trailer. Also the trailer didn't have straps, it was a toy hauler. I am a senior women, I don't know how to do this. After calling a friend for suggestions, and a tow company that couldn't do it, I called Doug. They were just finishing a moving job, he said they'd be there in about 30 minutes. And they were. Doug went with me into the uhaul store and picked out the straps I needed, and he and Kolby got my Jeep all strapped down. Even checked that the trailer was on the truck hitch correctly. They saved me twice, I am so thankful, I was finally able to get on the road. If you need movers, call Doug. Doug and Kolby are wonderful, and they will calmly, quickly and respectfully get your move done.

Ben and Vern were my two movers, and they were super strong, kind, quick, efficient, professional and had everything packed up in an hour! Once we got to the new place, they unloaded in the same amount of time, and helped me lay out the rug in the bedroom too! They took super good care of my stuff, no damages at all, and were encouraging each other throughout the process and it was great to see their teamwork! I am super appreciative of Doug, Ben and Vern for their help with my move! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, guys!
