Awful company! POOR quality shirts for too much money! I ordered a tee-shirt through Moteefe, which is printed and shipped by this company. It was supposed to be a XXL, but sizing was extremely too small. The fit was more like a size Large and the quality of the material is so thin and . I's 100% cotton so I'm sure it will shrink more when laundered. Out of curiosity, I measured a shirt that I already own of the SAME brand in the SAME size (XXL) and it measured 27 inches across the front. Their shirt was three inches narrower for a total of 6 inches less room. I asked for a refund and was refused. This is NOT the way a reputably company does business. read more

Ordered a tshirt via Moteefe, produced and shipped by this company. Quality was absolutely horrible. The website states that any quality issues would result in a refund, no questions asked. I contacted customer service, provided photos of the issues, and was told I'd receive a refund. The printing on the "Snoopy Christmas" shirts were so bad that poor snoopy's face was peeling off. Instead of a refund, they sent me another tshirt. A Christmas tshirt. Which arrived long after Christmas. And the Snoopy on this tshirt looked as though he'd suffered a horrible accident at a nuclear power plant. So far I've been back and forth with customer service multiple times; each time they assure me that they'll resolve this, and escalate the problem so they can process a refund. And each time they just drop it. Seriously, avoid this company at all cost. Total waste of time and money. read more

I give them 2 stars because the quality of their imprinting is very good mostly, as is their contract pricing. However.... They are inflexible even for even their best customers. I understand they have production time rules, but occasionally you need things done faster than their normal production time, and they will not budge one bit. Their accounting department is probably the most customer un-friendly that I have ever encountered, and the owner basically doesn't even seem to care about giving ideas or suggestions. If they make a mistake on an order, they will refer to the fine print in their contract pricing and offer no real solutions to remedy their own mistakes. They do not care if you are one of their top customers or not. I will give them a piece of advice that they will probably ignore. At some point in the near future, a competitor will come along who has good customer service, pleasant accounting people, and even gives good ideas and people who use contract imprinting will swiftly move to them, and they will be out looking for new business like they were 2 years ago. read more

I received two packages in the mail, which I never purchased. After the second package with the same items in it, I googled the return address and came across this company. Bob and Kelly from customer service were very entertained by my odd situation. None the less between the two of them and talking it out over and over we were able to figure out that the post office was changing the address from the originally purchased of the shirts who lived in Indiana to my address here in Michigan (we have the same first and last name CREEPY). Super crazy, fairly hilarious situation was handled amazingly by customer service. Even though I didn't purchase the product, I feel like I need to leave a review to let everyone know if you ever have a problem it will be handled and you won't feel like a bother. read more
