First time ever coming to a Laundromat, and the lady who was there today was amazingly helpful with not only what I was washing, but with the best machine to use. She consistently checked in on me while I waited for things to wash and dry. To wash a weighted blanket (15lbs), 2 large blankets, a half size blanket and 8 curtain panels, it cost $19. Which I consider worth it considering I was able to wash and dry all with in an hour. Compared to how long it would have taken had I washed in my apartment building. I decided to write this review because of the wonderful lady who helped me, and I hope that she gets a much needed raise for her work! read more

The lady (Mexican) who worked for laundry depot in Waite park is not friendly to customer and very rude.. I will never come back to use this service. I like one lady who wore hat and very friendly and she is very helpful to service.. but Mexican lady is NOT friendly. And grabbed my laundry basket away from where I was sitting . This laundromat has an abundant amount of washes (several size options) and dryers. The HUGE feature that sets this laundromat above the rest is there are card readers so no need for rolls up rolls of quarters. The dryers use quarters but the small amt you need vs needing them for both is a huge plus. Very clean and well taken care of. Staff is always wiping down machines as well as being very helpful and willing to help anytime. read more

We travel cross country in our camper and this is one of the nicest laundromat we've been to. Exceptionally clean and well tended. The woman in charge was so helpful to everyone who came in. We had a week's worth of linens and clothes and were in and out in an hour and a half. We were pleased with our visit and if ever this way again will come back. read more

posted closing hour is 7:00 pm. I put my wash in a Machine and went to do something else. came back at 5:00 and was told they're closing and my wet laundry was in a cart ready for me to take away. no option to use the dryer. The place is clean, but you better come early in the day so they don't shut the doors on you. read more

The most expensive laundromat I have ever been to. They decide what machines you're going to use. I was told I had to use a machine that cost $6.50 for a light blanket. They didn't tell me how much it cost when they made me use it. The dryers are antiquated and you can't tell how many minutes you get for your money. It's a bossy environment. I have never been to a laundromat where I didn't get to pick my own machines. read more

i came in, it's 6.50$ for a 40lb wash and 8.00$ for the 50lb wash, drying is like 2-4$ depending on how much time it needs to be in there, staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, i recommend if you want a friendly, calm place to do your laundry. read more

Cleanest, friendliest Laundromat I have ever been to. Large capacity washers $3, commercial washers [large enough for 3 twin comforters] $6 and Huge dryers at $1.50 ... but you can add 5 min for just a quarter more [as long as you add before time is up.] They also have laundry service and ironing available if you want someone else to do the work for you! Walked in at 6:50, wouldn't let us do laundry because their last load is at 7:00. I showed the attendant my phone and said it's only 6:50. They said they went by their clock which is set 20 minutes fast. Poor business practice. read more

Son put a 20 in machine and all sudden it went (out of order). Was told by staff it was fake or had a wrinkle in it. They have not refunded the money and still won't return phone calls. The bill was from the bank atm. What a crock, I will never return to this laundry mat. Only to pick up the money. People work hard for their money then you have places like this ripping people off! The place is clean, and the machines do the job, but the ladies who work there are crabby! The last wash is at 7:00 p.m. and they have their clocks set about 15-20 minutes ahead! The place doesn't close until 10:00 p.m and a wash takes 30 minutes....sooooo....??? It's ridiculous! Easily the best place to do laundry in St. Cloud. This place may have change my distaste for laundromats. I have lived in several states, and this was one of the cleanest, well-kept places I have been to... and to top it all off, I was greeted and helped by a very kind attendant. She helped my use the machines, and gave me some helpful pointers. I visited in the morning (9:30) and the place only had a couple other people in it. I had 2 sleeping bags and a comforter to wash. It was actually a relaxing experience, and I was in and out in just over an hour. The prices also seemed reasonable. Their standard (large) washer price was $2.75, and the jumbo washers were $5.50; dryers were $1.50 (at the time of this posting). Overall clean laundromat with friendly service. Prices aren't too bad, anywhere from $2.25 to $6 for a wash. Con's are that they don't give out the wifi password anymore because they were supposedly hacked before, and there's no AC, so coming on a hot day isn't the ideal situation. read more
