I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

On the date promised I went to pick it up and they said it would be another five and a half weeks. The place they sent it to didn't have it anymore (I called them), so I went back in and Hour Glass couldn't find the ticket up front in the folder, a box, or in the back room. After some more standing around being upset the agent looked over at a stack of rugs and saw it immediately. There are obviously some problems with their tracking systems.

Well, I would assume no additional charge if they were not cleaned! The alteration situation was a disaster. I had two pair of $120 dress pants let down (lengthened), which I've had done at Rapids Alterations and they were beautiful. One pair was ruined and the other was terribly done. They denied ruining the one pair and stated they were like that when dropped off. These were brand new and never worn, so no. I ended up taking them home after three trips and multiple phone calls and paid nothing. Now I have one pair that will need to be redone by an actual professional and another that at best I can hope no one looks closely at the pulled thread making an odd line in the fabric 4 inches above the bottom of the legs.

I was especially nervous because I had gone out of state to purchase my gown, so I wanted to make sure it was taken care of. I had used Shanti in the past to tailor my bridesmaid dresses, so thought to go to her again. She did such a fantastic job.
