I went there to get some Alterations done 1 pair of Jeans shortened and a jumpsuit shortened it took 3 weeks ( seemed like a long time) I was quoted $ 40.00 when I went to pick them up I was told it was $ 80.60. I was certainly blown away (I was told she works by the hour - (what in slow motion geez ) I questioned why when l was quoted much less I was told well she can charge whatever she wants and they stand by her I said well she represents your Business and i said well that certainly makes you all look bad. I felt robbed but they hold your clothes hostage so you have no choice but to pay- Unbelievable. So beware and stay away from this place for alteration!!!! We love this business. The alterations we needed were well done and made a perfect fit on our granddaughters English Riding Jacket. The cleaning also great. A HUGE thanks to the owners for meeting us after hours when I forgot to pick up jacket for a competition. We needed to be on the road by 5 AM. The jacket was a must for the competition. The owner met us there the evening prior to the day we were leaving. I just couldn't believe the pleasant attitude and kindness to us in making sure we had the jacket on time.
