I was overcharged by $139.42. The credit/debit machine was not working, so she added up my purchases and wrote the amount down ($218.00) on her business card. I provided her my credit card information to complete transaction when her equipment was functioning. When my statement arrived, I found she had charged me $357.42. I have made 4 phone calls to rectify situation as she could have mistakenly added another person's merchandise onto my transaction. To date (one month) I have not received a return phone call or a credit. BUYER BEWARE!

I called Crosslake Rental and Leasing yesterday 7/16/26 to see if I could rent a jet ski for two…read moredays. I read their rental policy and it clearly states all renters must be 18 or older to rent the jet skis. Because I am 20 years old it was important to me to make sure i could rent the jet ski. I even told the man on the phone I was 20 years old yesterday. When I showed up today 30 minutes early the same man I talked to on the phone was helping another group and told us "You're thirty minutes early, you'll have to wait" I said that's fine and waited. He then showed up and said we would need proof of insurance on our truck and the ID of who was renting the jet ski. I provided this and he said I had to be 21 to rent the jet ski. So I wasted an hour of time when I could have been on my boat out on the lake. Very unhappy with the service here and would not recommend renting because obviously they don't follow their own policy. Reply to owners reply: that's besides the point update your rental policy and don't accuse potential costumers of lying. I had no reason to lie to you I gave you my id expecting there to be no issues. You've been rude throughout the experience as well. If you are considering renting from this company look at the other reviews where these guys lied and scammed costumers!

I was really rushed this day and my daughter didn't want to look around anymore because there was just too much. This is a great place for souvenirs if you are looking for that.
