Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. We booked with them this past Labor Day weekend and had a great time. I think some members of my party were expecting less "mountain" and more "biking" than we got at the beginning, but Ashley and Andrew paid attention to us and our needs, and adjusted so those of us who wanted a more level and pavement-based experience could have that, and others could still try their hand at the trails. It was a fantastic experience, they are super friendly and knowledgeable, and we're looking forward to booking with them again soon! Highly recommend.

We delayed the pick up by 4 minutes because we were filling the jet ski with gas. The owner was rude, impatient, argued with us and questioned us if we're were putting the correct gas in the tank. We are the customer and a 4 minute delay did not deserve this type of treatment. Also, I never receive a confirmation email when I initiated the rental even when I called twice asking for one. The owners are clearly disorganized and understaffed. I will look at other companies to rent from next time.

One person might work two rides going back and forth but we never felt like things were not running smoothly. It was VERY clean and kept up. The food was good (just prepare to wait a bit). The giant Paul Bunyan at the entrance was a huge hit. Our four year old enjoyed the rides and we really liked walking around the back area of the park where the models and antiques were. We spent four hours here and thought it was well worth the admission price.

This was our 4th stay at True North. So far, we've stayed in Cabins 5, 6, and most recently 1 (as…read morewell as a campsite). The location is great, easy trail access, and (somewhat) reasonably priced. We often leave on a Friday afternoon to get a night ride in. What is somewhat annoying is the temperature of the cabin is in the 50s (in the winter months) when you arrive. Meaning, we have to wait for the temp to rise before going for a ride as it's like changing in a walk-in cooler. Not the best way to start a ride on a cold winter's night. Though the other 5 cabins had a picnic table and fire ring, Cabin 1 had a picnic table buried in snow, and no fire ring (though perhaps it was also buried). We had planned on using both, so this was disappointing. It would also be nice if you didn't risk your neck having to navigate the narrow, icy path to the restrooms/showers. Lastly, each cabin should really have a comprehensive trail map on the wall. They would get so much use. Overall, it's a fun place, but could certainly use a tune-up.
