They are getting paid for no services rendered. Illegal. They also will not let cadi cdcs users speak directly to connectability they hang up on us and demand we go thru are cadi managers. I'm not on traditional cadi waiver mine is consumer directed your suppose to speak with me not my case manager. Connectability MN did not send me an email or text about my lyft pass not being added this month because of thier sytemic issues that are semi sytemwide. They instead sent a message to my cadi cm who thought connectability would reach out to me directly because im cdcs not traditional. So I accidentally spent over 140 dollars already in a week because I didn't realize my pass wasnt added this month. Neither will my waiver nor connectability reimburse me answer for not directly informing me. Guess what life is extra hard right now this was the last straw the broke the camel I wanted to visit a crisis hospital when i found out my last lifeline was taken away but guess what i couldnt get a ride to the hospital because this conpany didnt add my pass. I still dont have lyft pass and cant go anywhere or get groceries. And no updates. Attorney general is gonna have a field day with this after all the fraud mn had last year for not rendering services. This is not ada accessible either. Our fms should be directly putting money into a buisness lyft pass for us and not this bogus company. I shouldn't be paying all these extra administrative fees when my fms should be doing this and not them. Shameeeeeee on you.

I adopted a guinea pig from them that had parasites and a skin infection from it. They're super contagious and thus spread to the guinea pig I already had at home. Both guinea pigs are seniors and it's scary and awful they both are still undergoing treatment to keep them mite and lice free. Not only will they not help with the vet bills due to their "screw you for adopting from us" policy they won't take any of the guinea pigs that were housed near the one I adopted at the time to the vet. I'd be shocked if they currently don't have parasites as well. I was given a lame excuse that "nothing was noticed when cleaning cages" and they don't have the resources for it. Funny how they're supposed to have people who went to school for animal care there but someone like me picked up on that something was wrong so shortly after adoption. My guinea pig came in with another male. They were separated due to fighting and I saw that other male was adopted. By any chance if you adopted the guinea pig "Tot", he needs a vet ASAP. I asked that you be informed by the Tri County staff about the parasites and they won't do it. Their staff is also toxic and abusive. A woman named Sara Morales is vet tech there and will attack anyone on Facebook who dares to speak out about any bad experiences. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Brian was all booked because, well, if you saw the pictures of his work, you'd know why. But Brian took pity on me because of my situation and came out the SAME DAY! Unfortunately, and I feel horrible about this, I found someone who could do the project the next day but couldn't get back to him before he actually came out to the house. I profusely apologized and offered to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't hear of it because "That's not how he does business." Instead of being upset for the wasted trip (which I would totally understand!), he was just happy I was able to get the job done so quickly. Wow! This kind of neighborly service in a business is SO APPRECIATED! I love Brian and am just so sorry we are moving so I can't give him my business!
