I love this post office, it never has long lines even during the holidays even when I was in a line that was like five people deep I was in and out in like 5 to 10 . They're friendly efficient. My only complaint if I had to make one would be one time I was there the stamp machine wasn't accepting cash only cards and there was an elder person there who couldn't do his business because the actual post office was closed but it didn't actually affect me. Definitely recommend this post office it's just a smaller one that I don't think a lot of people know about. read more

Wow, the staff people here are overly talkative amongst one another and with customers. They are also rude when one asks questions about the least expensive choices for sending items through the mail. They also suggest that "it wouldn't be wise to try to cheat by falsely claiming that what is in a package is actually what "you" are sending. I will not be going back. read more

Avoid this Post Office at all costs. The staff, particularly Tony, are the slowest, most unreasonable people I've ever tried to deal with. If anything goes wrong during your transaction or if you manage to anger Tony (not a difficult task with someone so quick to exert his "power" over customers), they will refuse your transaction and send you to the back of the 20-minute line to try again. I had to walk out after being condescended to like I've never walked into a Post Office before. Use UPS, FedEx, or literally any other option before stooping so low as to patronize USPS. 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. read more

Worst friggin service. The post office gentleman was far from polite or remotely professional. In fact, it pisses me off that my tax money and stamps goes to his salary. Tony needs to retire or get another job. He is rude, ridiculous and moves at a snails pace. I had to leave to go to another post office due to him not giving me 30seconds to write a RETURN address on one package!! The send to address was already on the package. He could have rang me up while I wrote the RETURN address. The only reason he has this job is because it takes a LOT to let go of a federal employee. read more

Besides Obi who is awesome (I havent seen him for a while) they will purposely try to overcharge you at this p.o.. Tony is the worst. He'll tell you the lowest charge is somewhere in the middle and when you call him on it, he pretends like he was about to tell you. He's inefficient, rude, super slow, packages always take longer to arrive when he's working. Oddly, things were super efficient, and everything got to their destinations on time when he had time off. He's had several complaints made about him, but I guess he has tenure because they don't fix the problem. When he's not there, lines go quickly. I won't let him help me anymore. This location is only useful if you have no time to go to another one. If you have problems with him, please fill out the survey on your receipt. read more

Went there today. In normal Govt fashion, there was 10 people in line and only 2 people working. The 'lead clerk' proceeded to yell at an older gentleman who "wasn't listening" and "put his credit card in to early" he literally yelled at him to remove his card now! I then got to the counter and he rudely informed me that you have to write the address on the package even though they are putting the shipping label on the package. I was told to get out of line and write it and come back in line. I left and went to FedEx where I was immediately helped, greeted, and thanked when I left. How is the post office still in business? Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Came here to mail my wedding save the dates, which were in the style of post cards. I asked the woman at the counter if they could be hand cancelled, meaning they are stamped by hand to be mailed rather than processed through the general machine, to avoid potential damage and all the additional stamping the machine leaves (I expect that there will be a little of this as is when mailing postcards). She told me they could, which I was relieved to hear, then threw them in a bucket, which I thought was odd as they will typically stamp them right there in front of you. I asked again to clarify, that they wouldn't be run through the machine, and she again said that that was correct. Well, several pictures from different recipients show that they were in fact, processed through the general machine...ink stains, tears, stamps, numbers and coding all over had my once beautiful save the dates arriving completely ruined and looking like garbage. I am completely appalled by this woman's lack of ability and concern to fulfill a simple request of a customer, or at the very least, be honest and answer that this is a service they don't offer. To say I am disappointed, upset, frustrated, and saddened would be quite the understatement. I will never return to this location again, and DO NOT recommend coming here if you have anything important/something you care about to be mailed. read more

Lines tend to be long! Service is either GREAT or BAD. That's because you either get Obi, who is the nicest dude in the world. He also sings songs while helping you and apologizes to people in the long lines or you get his coworker who has no personality whatsoever and I'm not even sure he is all there. Certainly the second sketchiest post office I've ever been to. Want to know the first? Upham's Corner in Boston. The clerks stand behind bullet-proof glass. This one is located on the outskirts of Coddingtown Mall's parking lot, nestled between a check cashing place and a bail bonds place. As you can imagine, there was an array of undesirables outside of each establishment. The post office itself was empty so that was a plus. But there were several signs saying they do not accept unsigned credit cards, not even ones that say "Check ID" on them. Bummer. So we had to rummage around for some cash. (All post offices are not suppose to accept unsigned cards, but it seems only the sketchiest locations enforce this rule for obvious reasons, Upham's Corner included.) All in all, it was a serviceable post office. But I think I'll stick with Best Wishes unless I absolutely need to go to a real post office. read more

Long lines after holiday..but compare to the one in Montgomery Village this post office here in Coddingtown in front of the mall and Target it has a friendly attitude, good service even though theres a long lines they still manage to smile. read more

The staff at this post office is generally pretty friendly. Obadiah is the best. The lines here are always shorter than the lines at the downtown post office. I sell jewelery and books online, so I mail things quite frequently and I've learned my lesson...this is the only local post office I'll go to. read more

Went there today to open a post office box. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and then was helped by one of the clerks. He was polite and appeared to go out of his way to help others while I waited in line. The building is old and definitely needs some paint both inside and out. All in all, not a bad facility at all. There's a large parking lot and it's very easy to get to. read more

During my last two visits to this location, I observed a noticeable improvement in behavior of the employee that I negatively reviewed on November 29, 2013. He's still not near as friendly as the African American employee, but his attitude has improved. read more

Constant problems with our PO Box. A huge amount of mail placed into it that is not for my organization. We have been told the zip code was two different codes (95402 and 95406). There has been a ton of mail returned that was addressed to both zip codes. We are a small non-profit that has been impacted quite negatively due to lost funds and attendance to our functions. Going postal at a post office should mean it is being run like a post office, not managed by Ringling Brothers. read more
