1) This store is NOT REPUTABLE. Their receipt says no returns in three days. Yet this woman behind…read morethe counter insisted that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 2) The staff is not friendly. I came to return a bag my mother purchased from here because she bought it for me, but it's just unfortunately not my style. Not to mention HORRENDOUSLY OVERPRICED! They insisted that all sales are final, but never told my mother that when she bought the bag. They weren't even willing to budge on their policy during the holiday season. So I'm writing this review to warn people that they don't tell people that all sales are final in their establishment. And that despite their receipt saying a return can happen in three days they don't honor it. I will no longer be doing business with this Postal Annex. There are many nicer places to get a notary done and have your mail delivered. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would.

The store itself is very clean and tidy, and they have proper social distancing stickers on the ground to ensure each customer is six feet apart, which I appreciate. Their customer service is seriously so amazing and I have never spent more than 2-3 minutes inside. I'm greeted by a friendly employee and before I know it my package is scanned and I'm out the door with my receipt. The process really could not be any faster or easier. There's also plenty of parking since this location is in a big shopping center. If you're looking for a quick, seamless UPS Store experience, I highly encourage you to visit the Stetson location. They're great!

I came here to mail three handmade cards that I made. I spend a lot of time on my cards so I want them to arrive intact. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my stamps on the envelopes so I figured I'd just purchase the three stamps here. NEVER in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have to pay THREE TIMES the value of the stamps that I purchased at the USPS office. The non-machinable stamps at the USPS is $1.31 each. I was charged $3.20 here are the Hemet Postal Annex+ 3037 I guess you can say I learned my lesson. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this place. I can understand that they are a third party facility, but it seems that as far as shipping fees go, you can actually charge any amount as long as you have someone who will pay. Maybe if the USPS was charging what the third party companies are charging, they wouldn't be going out of business.

You don't have to spend an hour trying to explain what you want, they already know what you're talking about. The OWNER delivers some orders. That's incredible. Seriously, they go above and beyond to please customers and take care of accounts. They are a bit old school on some things, but we really like doing business with them. For some things we only use them, especially workplace signage and posters etc. Great banner work too, they made us some windproof banners for way less than other companies and the quality was much better.
