He is everything you could hope for in a locksmith: professional, reliable, super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We have an older home, and an especially old door lock that required repair. As Kenn opened it up to assess the situation, he gave us a bit of a history lesson on the (long since closed) company that made the lock, and explained some of the inner workings of how it functioned. He ended up going out of his way to find us a replacement lock, exactly the same as ours, brand new! It was shipped up in a few days and he was promptly back to install it. He gave us tips and guidance on how to care for the new lock to ensure its long life. He's even going to fix our old one, so we have a back up if we should ever need it. We could tell that he really enjoys what he does, and loved the enthusiasm he has for his craft. Kenn's pricing was good, and we were left feeling very pleased with our new lock. From start to finish, he was just a joy to work with, and we would highly recommend him if you ever need locksmith assistance.

Anyway it's fixed perfectly & professionally & I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He knows everything about locks and will share his knowledge and in addition, he's honest! She confirmed that she still creates these bears. We arranged for the clothing to be sent to her, and she confirmed receipt in December. She estimated a three-week turnaround time, and by the end of January, I reached out to check on the project's progress. She promptly responded, stating that she would complete the project by the end of the week. Two weeks later, I checked back for an update, but she had not responded. I have since reached out to her twice more without receiving a response. Now I feel like we may never be getting these bears or getting the clothes back of our loved one. The clothes came from the other side of the world (Southeast Asia) and is impossible to replace.

That being said, I do feel it's important to share my experience, so that other brides can hire a different wedding coordinator that will provide a more positive experience. After my initial call with Amanda, I looked forward to working with her. Shortly afterwards however, she became unresponsive for weeks despite repeated communication attempts. Eventually, Amanda apologized for not responding and offered to provide a complimentary floral preservation service, encasing my wedding flowers in resin, as a gesture of goodwill. I thought this was great and felt like she had handled the situation very well. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, there were a number of things she promised to do, but either forgot to do or did wrong (i.e. gave the boutonierres to the wrong people, did not bring the microphone speaker for our officiant, etc.). These were minor errors though, so I did not think much of it and let it go. The concerning issue is that Amanda took my wedding flowers three months ago and never returned them. I have reached out to her multiple times. She initially responded saying she would bring the preserved flowers to me on a particular day, but that day came and went. She never showed up, ignored multiple follow-up attempts, and has stopped responding altogether. I think it goes without saying that losing my wedding flowers is extremely upsetting, as they carried tremendous sentimental value. I want to stress that my husband and I have been kind, patient, and understanding throughout this process. I know people go through tough times, but it takes two minutes to text a client and be honest about the status of an order. Amanda--if you read this, I sincerely hope you are doing well. If you respond, please do not share excuses, but rather just let me know if or when I will ever receive my floral preservation.

We attended a multi-generational gathering, over three days, and everything from the property, to the buildings/rooms, to the staff and food were excellent. The parking ample, the amenities sparse but completely satisfactory. We were most impressed by the young staff - in the dining hall and the grounds/facilities keepers - were so smiley, friendly, warm and seemed happy to be of service. We truly loved our first visit and stay and look forward to more opportunities to be at Seabeck Conference Center again.

Of the three swings at the main play area, one was broken. There was a single half-court basketball court. The lone tetherball pole was broken. There was a badminton court but no racquets. The food service was woefully inadequate. We had a vegetarian option, selected and paid for in advance. On day two dinner, they served us a tiny portion, perhaps 300 calories. Breakfast the third day the kitchen staff told us they were out of vegetarian food and it wouldn't be replenished that day. There was no manager of expo in the dining room at any time. Indeed, I never saw a manager or anyone besides kitchen serving staff at all during the whole weekend. The facility said no snacks were allowed for the family camp, but there were no snacks available on site at all during the weekend, a very odd omission for a family focused camp. It was an incredibly disappointing trip. The accommodations were very dated and dusty but reasonably clean. The value for the dollar was very poor. It was twice as expensive as Camp Orkila, but aside from 1960s era motel accommodation, it was inferior in every way.
