Pros:
Location. If you work or live downtown, this seems like a nice location and it is not always busy like the one on South Commerical or 25th Ave. It is busy during the holidays.
Cons:
Moody employees. There are a couple of guys who work the counter are sometimes in a good mood, sometimes in a bad mood. You'll know it when you get there. They have good intentions on saving you money, but they go through these series of questions and they are kind of rude about it. This might change because one of them is retiring. I should note, the women who work there are great. They always have a good attitude.
Mail put in wrong box. I cannot tell you how many times I did not receive mail that was sent two weeks ago and how many times mail was put in my box number that did not match my number. Everytime I go there, there is at least one peice of mail in my box that is supposed to be in some other box. I've had missing mail, mail not delivered for weeks I am presuming because it was placed in the wrong box and had to be rerouted to my PO Box. I've resorted to using my physical address for deliveries, because that is more reliable. I would drop the box except I don't trust these guys to forward the mail properly.
Random direction. I really don't know what their protocal is. A mail forward was in place for four months for one name (person on maternity and working from home) and ALL MAIL WAS STOPPED regardless to whom it was addressed and rejected to the entire business.
The amount ot money loss and headache cause by placing a box here is incalculable. read more
