The UPS Store

Used to have a lot of respect for this store and honestly thought the customer service had gone up…read more Guess that was wrong. Stopped in one day to ship out a small package, when trying to juggle all the other things in my hand and my phone to read the address of where I was sending it the store representative asked me to take my phone so he could read the address and type it in... afterwards, when I was asked to double check the address and that it was going to the right place. I triple verified that indeed it was the correct address and a correct apartment number on the little pad. Well a week later it gets sent back, and this store tries to tell me I didn't give them the right address and upon the associate trying to explain to me that I was going to have to yet pay again to re-ship it, she said that this is a normal issue they experience with their system - and that sometimes when addresses get put in and verified that the system will not understand apartment number and remove it... she told me that was something they've experienced before.... Yet they wanted to make me pay again to re-ship it. Apparently that associate talked to the manager, who then confirmed yes I was going to have to pay for it again because I did confirm the address on the pad - which I did, and was correct at the time. Cannot recommend this place, especially over a couple of dollars and customer service. Won't be back, and will file a different complaint with ups- though I know it is independently owned. And for the management not to call be back and make the associate who doesn't fully understand try to explain is asinine.

When I sell online, many times UPS Ground is the most economical shipping option. While there are a…read morefew ways to drop off a package, I like getting a receipt as proof of shipment. This location is larger than the NE store and will accommodate multiple people inside at once. While Mondays and holidays can be busy, my experience has generally been a quick transaction. They also offer printing, copying, along with basic office and shipping supplies. There's a small internet workspace, but it was out of service my last trip.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I am trying to be as fair as I can be with the three-star review. On most occasions, my experience…read moreat this FedEx location is only okay. The customer service is lacking; it is generally slow and not very friendly (but not unfriendly either). However, all of my packages have been handled properly and FedEx has always been reliable. Unfortunately, this last visit was terrible. I waited at the counter while the only employee was on the phone for fifteen minutes, aware that I was there and in need of assistance. Once he got off of the phone, I gave him all of the shipping information. He told me that I was free to leave and he would handle the packaging. I let him know that it was a fragile item that needed to be boxed and protected by bubble wrap. He said he would do all of that and sent me on my way. A few days later, I received a scathing message from the seller of the item that I was returning. He said that it arrived in an envelope without any protective materials whatsoever and that the item was completely destroyed. I am seriously disappointed. It's one thing to receive poor customer service. It's another to pay for materials (a box and bubble wrap) and have my fragile contents shipped instead in an envelope across the United States. However, I will be returning to FedEx as a loyal customer, and I am hopeful that I can update this review in the near future.

In January, I moved. My new location is 20 minutes away so I was nervous about getting my printing done here and I have to be strategic in my driving to the location. I didn't get a call on my first order, so I called them to verify my print order. I was skeptical. Jared showed me my order and they didn't call because Jared felt they understood my requests. I picked up...He was right. It was perfect! This order placed was simpler and I felt I could trust this location with the order. I picked up. Jared was there and recognized me immediately. He never makes me feel like I'm a crazy demanding annoying customer. My order is perfectly done and I can trust them completely. It makes my life easier! Before this new printing service, I would prefer to do the copying myself. But I make errors and could never get the discount to go through. Even though this service stretches my capabilities it has proven to help me and my time management! Thank you to the team at Keizer Station.
