What an incredible dry cleaners do not go anywhere else! I…read moredrive here from the coast and I absolutely love it. They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

He said if we do them here they are. If we send them out to a laundry in Albany they would be cheaper. That would have been good information to know up front. Note: Ask before leaving your clothes. This is definitely a small business complete with a treadmill in the corner. I guess you can get a work out in on your lunch break. I'll give it a try again.

I took it in and explained my situation and the man working at the front was super calm and took a quick look at it and said that they would be able to clean it. A week later I came back and it looked BEAUTIFUL, I was so relieved! All the mold was off! I almost never write reviews but they definitely deserve one for what an amazing job they did. And also, it's only $120 for a wedding dress cleaning and I personally felt like that was a super fair price. If you need anything dry cleaned I would highly recommend this place!

They actually had a tip jar next to the cash register and they were charging exorbitant prices with lots of attitude. The wonderful people that I knew at the old place I went to around the corner are now closed. However, I do remember this man from many years ago. He fixed a zipper on a blouse for me that was very reasonable, but I ended up going to the place around the corner because I just happen to go there. However, I'm so grateful he is still here. He gave me a very reasonable price on my coat today and my sweater will continue to keep coming back as long as he's open. PLEASE STAY IN BUSINESS WE NEED YOU!!

FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE! I love this…read moreplace! I was in a bind with over 100lbs of laundry and no idea how to even start. Sasha was great on the phone, got my details, answered all my questions, and came to get everything at a time that was convenient for me. She was lovely, professional, and I felt taken care of right from the start. My mounds and mounds of laundry - which I thought would take weeks! - came back in a few days, beautifully done, professionally folded and packed up, and again, delivered right to my door at a time that was good for me. They do everything - laundry, bedding, and (though I didn't have any at the time) dry cleaning as well. I look forward to using Westwood again and you should too!!!! No job is too big or too small. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Long gone are the days where I had a regular cleaner because I did this all the time... I reached out to Blue Star because of recommendation. Very glad I did! Everything was done in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Services were exactly what I ask for - most people don't fold shirts preferring them on hangers, but for me, that's what I needed and I was very happy that they complied. I don't have a benchmark for how expensive dry cleaning is these days, but it seemed like a pretty decent value. I'll be back!

It turns out that a different 101 Laundry which is no longer in business has a lingering Yelp rating below 2/5 8n a different city. MapQuest hasn't removed the closed one so, sadly, it reflects poorly on 101 Laundry. MapQuest also doesn't identify this laundry. When we were there we noticed new, clean machines and surfaces, reading material, and believe it or not, a handicapped accessible patio with nice out of door furniture. The owners are friendly and monitor this business. I am attaching pictures that also include the entryway with 2 chairs set up a conversation setting, welcoming customers in. DO NOT GO HERE!! Please do not go here. This lady tries…read morevery hard to rip people off. I knew that she was very expensive in the past and I went here only because my normal place in Salem was too far. I could not go there for just a couple quick thin sweaters. I normally make one trip there in the summer for everything. When I went in there two weeks ago, she told me that my very thin sweaters not thick sweaters would be around $8.35 a piece. I wrote that down on my receipt when I left so that I knew. I knew she was still expensive for these thin sweaters, but I was willing to pay at this one time. Unfortunately, when there's only one dry cleaners in the area they can do whatever they want. When I went back there this Wednesday, she tried to tell me that my price was $35.85. I was shocked!! I couldn't even believe that that's what I heard and I told her no that's not what you told me and I said look at my receipt. This is what you told me and I looked her in the eye. She continued to argue. She did not want to refund me. She kept arguing with me and then eventually said well I'll give you a $10 credit. How about that? And I said no I don't ever want to come back here again. After I told her I would report this to Visa and that I would dispute it because I knew this was wrong . She then refunded me and voided the sale and charged me the normal price. I have never had anyone try to do this. It is a smooth, gypsy move that I have never experienced. Telling someone, one price then doing a full switch and bait!! I'm imagining she does this to people all the time and catches them off guard. Most people are embarrassed and don't want to say anything. On top of this imagine paying almost $12 for a thin ladies sweater. I have all types of sweaters I have thin, medium and thick. This is about $7.50 in Salem, maybe closer to $8.00 in McMinville. Please do not go here find somewhere else there are other dry cleaners in McMinville and in Salem I drive in order not to be completely ripped off. I can still save money even with the gas. No wonder people can't pay rent, buy food or gas because the people like this.
