My kid is ill and vomits daily, and of course the dang thing died when I had not done laundry for over a week. Plus we need clean clothes for another hospital thing next week. The laundromats in our town are sketchy. That is all I am going to say about that. We hopped on google and yelp and decided to try Waldport. We had a 5 star experience at this laundromat. It was clean, most of the machines were working, it was not too busy, and our clothes got clean and dried. There is no bathroom and there are no vending machines for pop or snacks which might contribute positively to the clean aspect. We brought our own quarters. $3 to wash, $1.50 to dry. One quarter got eaten. Could have been worse, right? We did hear that they are not always open when they are supposed to be. I guess we lucked out. This was my kid's first laundromat experience that he remembers ( I was still married for our last one so that was probably 15 years ago). He loved it and now wants to own a laundromat. Lol.

In college, that was standard operating procedure, because everyone just left their clothes in the wash, which seems to happen here quite a bit. Technician took a week to come and then stated it was the intake valve and would need to be ordered. Another week went by and another week to schedule once it came in. Also had to hire a floor specialist to remove part of floor to get dishwasher out before he agreed to come back. Next trip he states the water shorted out the control board and that was the issue. I stated the control board was working before he came and was registering E24 and now it was not working at all. He stated he called tech support and that was what they said was the problem and they had control boards in stock and would schedule a return as soon as came in. That was 10 days ago (not heard a word) so called again and they left a message. I called Thermador and they walked me through a process, as now I notice control board stating E24 again so it could not be shorted out. I did as they instructed and dishwasher working on cycle... so far a month without a dishwasher and money wasted with nothing done

So while hubby and neighbor waited for them, they were able to stage A LOT! They worked so hard because we have a few very difficult items to move upstairs. They never got frustrated, and the only curse words spoken were from me! I hired an extra mover and I'm so glad I did. A truly fabulous crew. I highly recommend Bekins for your next move. As we get older, this stuff becomes more difficult and it's nice to have someone else do the hard stuff. And the price was extremely affordable. So thank you to the crew who moved us. The only company that would help was Cross Town Movers who said its a small job and they would do it on their way to another job first thing in the morning in a couple of days. Wow customer service is not dead. Matt W and Josh F showed up right on time and were very friendly and got right to work getting the fountain pieces out of my wife's van and to our patio. They were very careful with the pieces and were done in less than twenty minutes. A five star performance. Great emploees.

The people who work the office are extremely nice, personable, and helpful. The units are clean, solid, well-maintained, climate-controlled, and safe. The only reason I didn't give that fifth star is that I would like the option to pay my bill on the web, and the position of the entry/exit keypads make them difficult to reach with your seat belt on. Other than those two things, no complaints. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
