They tried to deliver at 8:50am, left a note on the door (next to where the hours are posted) saying would try again the next day. Why not try again that day when the shop is open? Next day, 3/13/26, they showed up at 8:30am. EVEN EARLIER!?!? If it wasn't open day before why show up even earlier? Left a note saying would try again later but tracking says will try again next business day (3/16). Is now 3 days late. What's next? Gonna try at 8:00am? 7:00am? Talked to some of the shop employees, this has been a problem recently. But they used get packages after shop opened all the time. I hate to call people stupid, but this hard to explain or justify. I have gone to the "customer service"/shipping center in Newport myself when a package was "stalled" and arriving late. Was treated rudely and talked to like I was an idiot. So mr.tyson which is the manager helped me with a car dolly reservation. It's a long story but I…read morehad one reserved I lincoln city but when I was going to pick it up they didn't have it and told me to go to South beach. A rep had called me and told me the night before pick up that there were no dollys. Well next morning I called to just double check seeing how I was ran through obstacles the day before. Well they had one so I get in my rv that gets 8 miles to the gallon to drive 1.5 hrs away one way. Well I get to newport and go to Wal-Mart to buy a hitch and come out and my battery melted so stuck at Wal-Mart for 2 hrs before I could get help them after I got it fixed I stoped to get gas and just bare in mind I was at full when I left my place and I spent 100 to fill up my rv. Then I get to the uhaul and mr.tyson comes out puts dolly on t.v. and come to find out there is no hooks for safety chains on my rv and I didn't have the 3 way. Well he goes to find a 3 way which I would have to pay almost $13 for it. Well he hooks it up and guess what no lights! Its not uhaul fault for the lights or hooks but I'm just mad I had to travel that far out of my way and spend that much money on gas when l.c. said they had a dolly in the first place. Mr.tyson treats his customers very well and doesn't make you feel like your a bother. Uhaul traffic of oregon is horriable! My mom worked Uhaul traffic for 13 years and never once treated a customer like I was treated! Mr.tyson if your reading this thank you for the patience you had for a pissed off customer.

I went to this location to get my finger prints taken for my job application. All the scheduling…read moreand payment is done online and you can pick which site you want to go to. I picked the nearest location, which happened to be a Pak Mail. The person who helped me was nice and efficient. I had a cast on my broken hand and he explained the finger printing can be done without including the injured fingers. I did it anyway since I dont know if the job will accept a partial set of finger prints. I appreciate the customer service agent for considering my discomfort and offering. I have dry hands and they have a solution they spray your hands with to help with getting better images. It is sticky so I recommend hydrating your hands before going. I was pleased with the service I received. There was hand sanitizer and the service agent had a mask on the whole time I was there. Hopefully I won't need to do this again, but if I do, I will return to Pak Mail.
