The last 3 visits they couldn't have cared less what was needed or how many people were waiting to be helped. I went in this time to have something copied and scanned, her attitude was beyond belief. I did not need a brain surgeon, it was a simple task. I was left standing at the counter while two out of three people went into the back for at least 5 min, then was told they couldn[t do what I needed, oh so sad too bad. And people still waiting in line with their packages. I left! Please know that I may be a senior but of sound mind and respect. Went to Parcel Post shipping next to Los Agaves beside Al's appliance and the problem was solved immediately and for 1/3 the price of UPS. They do all the UPS things, ofc problem things, and are super nice. UPS seems to think they are the only train on our tracks...NOT!! I am sick and tired of how seniors are sometimes treated here in GV. It is uncalled for...

They also rent U haul trucks at this location which I have rented several times to move stuff around town. They also ship lots of Gem show dealers merchandise so they are used to shipping merchandise on pallets as well. They are alway there to help solve whatever shipping challenges I can come up with. They also speak Chinese if you need help with translating to English.

You could have dropped the box from the top of a skyscraper and the thing would have survived unscathed. (Possibly slightly exaggerated... but not much!) You might consider it a con, but it took a good bit of effort to get through the multiple layers of protection to get to the framed map inside. I'm not easily impressed, trust me, but this really showed a level of care for what they do that you just don't see anymore. Big thumbs up!
